My garage door spring and cabling unexpectedly snapped and broke. I Googled "garage door repair" and saw that Precision was a local company. I gave them a call and spoke to a representative right away. She was extremely professional. She was able to dispatch my call immediately for same day service. She provided me the name of the assigned technician and a 2 hour time frame when I could expect him. Paul arrived early to our appointment which was awesome! He was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered us two options for service. He worked quickly and efficiently to repair our garage door and we were repaired within an hour. Highly recommend for quality, prompt and professional service! Thank you!

Paul was a total pro... Showed up on time, took the time to explain what was going on, and fixed our garage quickly! He gave me some maintenance tips, too. Garage works better now than when we moved in! Also wanted to say how pleased I am with the whole experience I had with Precision. Our garage was in such bad shape that it couldn't even be opened manually. I called on Sunday afternoon. They were able to schedule service for Monday morning, and Paul fixed it before lunch.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision, this time for a rental I own. My garage door spring broke. After searching yellow pages and internet I decided to give Precision a call since they had a 24 hour answering service. An appointment was set up for the next morning with Paul as the technician. Paul arrived on time (actually he was early), explained the options available for repairing the spring and other components that were worn. Garage door had been installed in 2001 and definitely in need of repair/service. After approval, Paul went about his job and finished in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and personable. Springs and other components were replaced and the door works like a charm. Before it would scream like a banshee when it opened or closed. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door issues.

I had accidentally rub into my garage door while it was opening. I did quite a bit of handbags including snapping 2 wheels off and knocking out completely off the tracks. I called mid morning and had someone out by about 1230. I was so grateful that my garage door was able to be repaired and not have to replace it. It was done in about a hour and a half that same day! The technician explained everything that needed to be done. He was courteous, and very professional.
