Our Garage door spring broke on a day we needed to get our cars out for appointments my wife and I had that day. We called and got technician Paul Broschk. He explained all our options and why we needed them. There were many problems with the door , one spring instead of two, bad bearings on both ends with bad cables. He fixed our door fast and efficiently .We were very pleased with his service and knowledge of our problem. I would Highly recommend Precision door and Paul Broschk for your garage door problems. I originally planned to have the Stanley garage opener repaired. Your technician, Paul Broschk, explained in detail, that repair was not possible, and recommended replacement. In addition his evaluation of the garage components, which were old and loose, also indicated replacement. Although I was not prepared to spend $1,100.00 at this time, his recommendation made good sense. After Paul completed the work, he went through the operation with me to insure everything worked properly.

Paul arrived as scheduled and performed an OUTSTANDING job. Prior to beginning, he asked me how old was my garage door. I had NO idea. I just moved into the house in May 2015. I was concerned that critics could get in through the 4" opening in the weather stripping. Paul explained the things that could also go wrong at any time. Although I was not expecting to pay the amount I did, PAUL made me feel COMFORTABLE AND SECURE for LIFE. He assured me that if I had any problems, just give him a call. Called in for a broken spring. The technician, Paul, arrived and inspected the door and opener and gave me some options after the assessment. The basic fix was about what I expected but I ended up opting for a fuller service for peace of mind about the garage door opener in a house we bought a year ago. The technician was professional, friendly and relatively quick with his work. I would definitely recommend Precision for service.

Complete garage system replaced....springs , cables, rollers, etc. Very pleased with immediate response and same day service especially since my car was in the garage and door broken. The only thing I would have done or advised would have been to cover my car to protect from any dust and or debris. Highly recommend Precision.

I would give a 5 star rating for the service I received. The garage door spring and cable had to be replaced. They were here within a couple of hours after I called for service. The serviceman was Paul Broschk. He was friendly and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and was very professional. I would recommend asking for him by name.

Your technician, Paul Broschk, arrived on time and ready to evaluate my garage. He was courteous and well spoken and went straight to the task at hand. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. He was confident in the product and assured me the job would be done in about 2 hours, which it was. I had already had another company evaluate the situation, but the best he could offer was that he might be able to install an opener, but due to the age and flat roof of my garage, it would take lots of tweaking to get it to work. I declined. I am so glad I did. Since Precision is recommended on Angie's list, I assumed they were reputable and they are. Thank you for a job well done by a great technician.

(Another service I called earlier said it couldn't help me until the next day.) The door had several serious problems. Paul handled them all in less than two hours. Paul Broschk was the technician that came out to our home to install a new garage door opener. Before starting the job Paul inspected the garage door springs, rollers, pulleys, bearings and cables and found them all be worn from 45 years of use. Paul replaced all the needed parts and installed opener. GREAT JOB PAUL, I would recommend Paul and Precision Door Service to any friends or family that need garage door service in the future !
