Fantastic service. I called around 1 pm for a broken cable and some other issues and by 5 pm had a beautifully functioning garage door. Paul was courteous, polite, neat, and explained what he was doing in more detail that I will ever understand. I think he also oiled the garage door that we didn't call to have serviced, because it doesn't squeak anymore and moves smoothly. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door!

2/27/18 I had work done before with Precision Door some years ago and when I seen service being offered on Groupon I jumped on it. They do excellent work. On time arrival and the technician, Paul arrived with a big smile. With the rating of 1-5 I will give a 5, but I sure wish I could give a 10 rating.

I had two garage doors installed on my three car garage yesterday. We had tons of snow the night before and it was still snowing yesterday morning out here in the snowbelt. Consequently, Ryan arrived a couple of hours later than he had planned (I figured they wouldn't show at all in the bad weather). However, he kept me informed of his progress. He did an excellent job on the doors, openers, and key pads. Left no mess at all and the doors are great. Very pleased with this company and Ryan.

Extremely satisfied with the work Paul provided. After inspecting the garage door, he explained work required to complete the repair and recommended part replacements to preclude future problems. Paul was very friendly and professional. Furthermore, it was obvious that he enjoyed his work and wanted to provide a top notch job. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage work.
