I was having problems with my garage door opener. The door would go up using the keypad but not down. The service technician, Paul, arrived punctually. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced two sensors and the keypad. He also made recommendations to replace the springs and rollers, though not urgent. I will follow up on that in the near future. This was my first time using Precision Door, and I was very impressed by the quality of the service I received.
