The technicians, Paul Broschk and Rick, were on time for the appointment, professional and knowledgeable of every aspect of the product. Paul explained the repair procedure and gave an estimated time of completion. Paul and Rick had the job completed way ahead of schedule. They answered all my questions and explained how to maintain the garage door. I would recommend this company. Wonderful employees!! I appreciated the personal interest and their patience listening to my stories of past garage door experiences.

He comes always prepared with parts for whatever the job requires. Jennifer who answers the calls for service has also been very professional and gets us scheduled as fast as possible. Today Paul came in mask (due to Covid19) and never once took it off, even as he worked in the garage. We did not require this of him but the company does and he complied totally. Precision Door also replaced our very old garage door in the past as well and every thing was well done. No complaints at all.
