I was having a problem with my garage door opening. None of the controls would work normally. Paul Broschk was the technician that came out and fixed the problem immediately. He was great. Our garage door broke. We called & was given a time range for a service tech to arrive same day. Our tech, Paul, arrived & provided a clear & detailed explanation of our issue & choices to remedy it. On Friday one of may garaged door springs broke so Saturday morning I called Precision Door for an estimate to repair the broken spring. When I spoke with a call center representative on Saturday morning, I was told that a repair could be done that day and there would be no weekend extra fee only a $65 fee which would be removed if I had the repair done. The service technician, Paul Broschk, examined the door and told me that in addition to a broken spring, there were other items that needed to be replaced. Paul performed the repair work in a very timely and professional manner and after the repairs were completed he explained in detail the repair work that was done. The garage door now operates like new. Paul conducts himself in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner and provided me a valuable customer service.

I have used Precision in the past and was very much satisfied. Paul the technician was polite and helpful. My only disappointment was I only needed two light bulbs, and a battery. Expensive light bulbs and battery because of service charge my fault. I would call upon them again if needed.

An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

We have had Precision service for years and have always found them to be very prompt and courteous. Paul Broschk has been the man who has come out to us the past several occasions. He comes always prepared with parts for whatever the job requires. Jennifer who answers the calls for service has also been very professional and gets us scheduled as fast as possible. Today Paul came in mask (due to Covid19) and never once took it off, even as he worked in the garage. We did not require this of him but the company does and he complied totally. Precision Door also replaced our very old garage door in the past as well and every thing was well done. No complaints at all.
