After a recent power outage we called Precision again for a battery replacement. Paul Broschik was here within the hour replaced the battery and did a maintenance safety check on the system. We needed emergency repair when one of the door springs snapped late Friday afternoon. Our usual company no longer did 24-hour service and couldn’t come out for three days. A friend recommended Precision, and I was so impressed—from the person who answered the phone to Paul, the technician, who arrived three hours before the scheduled time the next day. He was personable and knowledgeable, and he not only replaced the springs, but also other parts that were showing wear. The job was completed quickly, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

I id not have an emergency and said no reason to come out right away, I just have a noisy door. They still gave me an appointment the very next day and for the time frame I requested. I love that they send you an email confirmation with the Tech's name that will be there and also provide their photo. Tech was on time as always, super friendly and knowledgeable. This morning, Paul from Precision came out to my house to look at the garage and give me an estimate for new doors. He was right on time, even at 8:00 in the morning, and came right at the beginning of the two hour window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable asking questions, and confident that he addressed my concerns. I put down a deposit, and am now awaiting the doors to be delivered for installation.
