We calledthe company late Friday evening and as advertised a real person answered our call and to our surprise scheduled service for Saturday. The technician Paul arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem,quoted a price and fixed the garage door in approximately 1 hour. Paul was knowledgeable and precise in his work. Our door malfunctioned in the evening, essentially trapping one of our vehicles. We called a competitor who was unwilling to schedule an appointment because we weren’t a commercial/business account. We found Precision on the internet and, based on the reviews, called them. It was after 6pm. They answered! From the lady on the phone forward, the service was impeccable. Paul arrived as scheduled the next morning and fixed our garage door in under two hours. They exceeded my expectations, a rare occurrence these days!

Precision Garage door did some work for me back in 2011(cables and pullys for my small attached garage door), in 2021 to install a new garage door lift on the main door and again today, April 15th to replace the spring on my main door. As you can see, I keep coming back--why? Because their products are great, but the customer service is outstanding! Thanks to all at Precision for the great service!!!

I was searching for a company to fix my broken springs on my garage door. There's a local one by my house that has nothing but terrible reviews. I saw Precision Door was highly recommended so I gave them a call. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day! They even arrived early! The technician Paul was friends and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Another thing they do is send you a picture of the person coming to your house. That was pretty cool. Fantastic work!

Jim, Actually a little disappointed in this experience. $215 to put some rollers in the door and not fix it is ridiculous when the problem was the drive gear: which had a broken tooth. Paul was very nice and helpful It turned out that my garage door had ice underneath it and that was causing it to have trouble opening. I managed to get it open, but he told me what the problem was .Paul checked everything and sprayed something to keep it from sticking, he even shoveled some of the snow by it. He told me to call and ask from him if I had any problems
