We ran into a problem with our garage door on a Saturday morning called Precision. They were here within 1 hour and had a tough job done in 1 hour. Service was professional and Paul, the technician, had great experience and was very friendly. Couldn’t be happier with the service!!

Paul, the technician, was very nice. He was extremely knowledgeable and he answered every question that I had. I will certainly recommend your company. A tree recently demolished my friend's garage. The insurance company said the garage is a total loss. I don't know if you build garages. But, in case you do, Dabor Powell 216) 327-2718 is in need of your service. Let her know that Joyce Y. Layton referred Precision Doors.

After my garage door spring broke, Precision garage door was the first and only repair company I called and I’m glad I did. The technician, Paul did a super job installing a new spring and cable system. Really great guy to talk to and did the work in no time flat. I would highly recommend Paul and Precision.

Paul Broschk was able to come out earlier. Called to request permission. Very respectful, provided education on how the door worked and reason for adjustments. Pointed out why the door sticks and what is needed to correct the problem. He responded to all questions and was able to fix the existing lock. My door is working much better. Upon request provided a quote if I decide to change out my doors to enable placement of a door opener. I would highly recommend Paul.

Paul replaced our spring last time, & the time came to need a new door, so we ordered one from him. Install won’t be until March. Thank you for your courteous service. Michelle

Paul was fantastic! Helped us repair and salvage two old wood doors I thought were dead. He put in extra work (fixing a bad job from a prior company) for no charge and saved us a bunch of money not needing new doors, saving a piece of history. 75+ year old doors running like new. Couldn’t be happier.
