This morning, Paul from Precision came out to my house to look at the garage and give me an estimate for new doors. He was right on time, even at 8:00 in the morning, and came right at the beginning of the two hour window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable asking questions, and confident that he addressed my concerns. I put down a deposit, and am now awaiting the doors to be delivered for installation. The process has been easy and pleasant so far, and I have no doubt I will still be able to say that after the project is done. Paul is awesome!

We called Precision and we were able to get next day service. Our technician Paul was excellent. He took the time to explain our options and we decided to get a new opener. On Friday one of may garaged door springs broke so Saturday morning I called Precision Door for an estimate to repair the broken spring. When I spoke with a call center representative on Saturday morning, I was told that a repair could be done that day and there would be no weekend extra fee only a $65 fee which would be removed if I had the repair done. The service technician, Paul Broschk, examined the door and told me that in addition to a broken spring, there were other items that needed to be replaced. Paul performed the repair work in a very timely and professional manner and after the repairs were completed he explained in detail the repair work that was done. The garage door now operates like new. Paul conducts himself in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner and provided me a valuable customer service.

I have used Precision in the past and was very much satisfied. Paul the technician was polite and helpful. My only disappointment was I only needed two light bulbs, and a battery. Expensive light bulbs and battery because of service charge my fault. I would call upon them again if needed.

An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

Precision Door Service, tech. Paul Broschk arrived promptly on a Saturday morning. I could not get any other companies to call back, let alone give me their availability. What I suspected would be a major service was quickly and professionally resolved. Paul Broschk went as far as correcting a separate issue and addressing a longstanding issue with the door.
