It was a Friday night when we realized the garage spring was broken and we couldn’t lift the door manually to get our cars out. Paul came next morning. He explained the situation was a bit unique due to the people who originally installed this door before we bought the house installed it in an unusual/not typical way. Even with the extra work to get the spring replaced and put in the correct location, he did it really quick same day. He was super nice and informative. Excellent Service...July 2017 repaired 2 broken springs, very satisfied with technician Anthony Wise...so I called them again June 6th when my garage door would not open, scheduled me for June 8th, technician Paul Broschk came out (real nice guy) and within an hour problem solved, I needed new complete system because motor took a dump and it was quite old. Garage door opened by itself. Technician diagnosed that LED lights were the cause by interference, so replacing bulbs with old incandescent bulbs was a recommended. We will see how that works.
