John was born and raised in the Cleveland area and is the oldest of 4 siblings (all sisters!). In his spare time he enjoys being in the outdoors camping and off roading/mudding. He loves music and really enjoys playing his bass guitar. John is a great problem solver and loves a good challenge.

This was the first time I used Presicion garage door and if I have anymore issues I definitely will be calling Presicion again, John was very thorough very professional, very nice and it didn't take him long at all I definitely would recommend calling them for any issues with your garage door openers. I found the company on BBB and there five stars live up to there name. First thank you so much for being on time, my garage door was fix within minutes , (45 minutes) . My tech was very pleasant and understanding and he fix the problem with out candy coating it. I explain it and he fix the problem the first time. He was awesome !!! Thank you (John)

I moved into my house 5 years ago. Lately the garage door was sounding very loud when it opened and closed, so I figured it needed to be serviced. The reason I used Precision Overhead Garage Door Company is because when I moved into my house their sticker was on the door. They would have come out the next day but that wasn't convenient for me so they came out early the next morning. In 45 minutes I had a new very quiet opener with a battery backup and new controls. John, the serviceman that was sent was very nice and knew right away what was wrong. I was very happy with his service and would use them again if necessary.

We had used your company two times before and were satisfied with the service. John came today at the time expected. He fixed my initial problem and I asked about another concern. He told me about the spring being too tight for the door and I decided to have him replace the spring and the cables. He was very courteous and friendly. I am very satisfied with the service.

John Franks was awesome. my initial service call was for a door that only opened intermittently. all it was was one of the safety eyes had a loose wire, so we fixed that, and he did a full PM on both openers so he collected for that, and even tightened the bolts on the gagrage door, and lubed the rollers.. and inspected the springs..left me options and and an honest appraisal of the units.. 150 bucks i happily spent..he even made a new friend when he walked in by being friendly, talkative and observant.. I appreciated the low pressure high honesty, high information "way" that john conducted himself..five stars don't call anyone else.

I HAD NEVER HEARD OF PRECISION DOOR SERVICE BEFORE TODAY, BUT AM VERY HAPPY THAT I CHOSE THIS COMPANY. THE REPAIR MAN CALLED TO TELL ME HE WAS ON HIS WAY AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW HIS CRAFT WELL. IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR HE HAD THE DOOR REPAIRED AND LUBRICATED AND WAS ON HIS WAY. THE DOOR WORKS BETTER THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW AND THE REPAIR WAS CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN I ANTICIPATED. THIS COMPANY WILL BE MY FUTURE COMPANY OF CHOICE WHEN IT COMES TO GARAGE DOOR.

John, (the service representative) remembered me and even my dog (who has since past) though he had not serviced my garage since 2019. Today he immediately spotted the problem and resolved the issue right away. As always, he was courteous and thoroughly explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Before he left, he had me checked the running of my garage door. A kind note about him, before he left, he expressed his condolences regarding the loss of my dog.

John was the technician who came to the house to fix a broken spring. He called before arrival, and showed up exactly when he told me he was going to be here. He diagnosed the problem and inspected all the mechanics of the door. He quoted me the exact price, and repaired the broken equipment. I was emailed the invoice, and John was on his way. The repair was handled efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this company for any and all garage needs.

For the first time in over 20 years our garage door sits level with no gaps to let in rain water. We've had tune ups from other companies and this issue was never addressed. The technician replaced all of the rollers, oiled areas, adjusted the tension on the springs - AND - taught my husband what to do ongoing to keep it this great. He replaced just one spring and there was no pressure to do any expensive upgrades like we've had from other companies. His work was so good we can't even hear the door go up and down. I highly recommend this company.
