I was thoroughly impressed with my entire Precision experience, from my initial call to the final installation and repair. The email appointment confirmation was a great touch and very helpful. My technician, Anthony Wise, called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once he got here, he was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and demonstrated everything to me. Anthony was so efficient, he was done in such a short period of time. I was amazed. garage door bottom seal replaced (ground hog chewed old one trying to escape garage!) - service technician (Anthony Wise) was prompt, courteous, fast, explained everything and answered all my questions - chose Precision for service because they installed garage door opener several years ago and I was pleased with their service at that time - Precision's advertising gives the appearance of professionalism and conveys the impression that they "mean business" - very pleased with their service

We had used Precision on the garage of our previous home and were very pleased with the work. My only question is that the repairman specifically said the warranty applied even if we sold the house but the warranty which I just received seems to contradict that. Please clarify.

My garage door opener was not working, so I googled key words "garage door opener repair". The first search result was a listing for Cleveland Garage Door (Precision). I chose Precision because of the accreditations and the great reviews on this website. The young lady who booked my appointment was very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. Much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes of booking the appointment, I received a phone call from Anthony, and he arrived at my home in less than 10 minutes. Anthony was very nice and thorough. He explained what the problem was and did what I thought was a very professional job at a reasonable price in a relatively short period of time. Anthony's assistant was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision if I need repairs or a new garage door opener or garage door. I feel confident they would do a great job.

I found Precision Garage Door on Angie's List, and was not disappointed with their service. They sent their technician Anthony out, who arrived that same day and even earlier than promised. Anthony explained all the problems with my door, and outlined the steps and costs necessary to fix them. It turned out to be a lot more expensive than I anticipated, but he was able to work with me so I could get all the problem areas fixed.

Precision sent a service rep within two hours of my call. My garage door rollers had come out of the track and would not close which was a security issue for me. Anthony arrived and fixed the door promptly. He was polite and knowledgable. He provided his card and contact information if there were any further problems. Great job on the Garage Door Repair today. Called before the scheduled appointment and came out a few hours early. Good inspection and explanation of the problem and what was needed to be done to repair it. Just under 2 hours later, I had 2 new springs, new cables, new rollers, and a new bracket with the opener reconnected. He also explained why I needed to replace my garage door opener as well, as the problem should not have occurred. I could not spend even more to get it replaced at this time, but I appreciated the explanation. Overall, great job, with very friendly and professional service throughout.
