Everything went super smoothly from my call yesterday to installation today. We had Anthony out last fall, so I asked for him and he was the one who came out to install our new opener. He is very pleasant and seems very skilled and efficient. Highly recommend Precision.

Today (1/22/16) Anthony Wise arrived right on schedule and worked during very cold weather conditions. We discussed all the options for improving the system in our new home and we chose a programmable one. Anthony was very polite and knowledgeable and answered my MANY questions about how the system works. I was also glad when he told me that Precision offers 24 hour service. I asked Anthony for a bunch of his business cards so that I can recommend Precision Door Service to as many people as I can!

Anthony was the repair technician that worked on my garage door. After his assessment of the garage door he gave me the choice of three different costs to choose from. He was very professional. He was very efficient in the installation of the garage door opener and taking care of all the other repairs that the door needed. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know that needs work on their garage door. I am very pleased with the work that Anthony did and would give him five stars. I chose Precision from the internet listing because one of the overhead doors was not operating. It was a good choice. Your technician, Tony Wise, found the problem in a short time. He then examined both doors and their cables, etc. and pointed out potential problems due to their age, etc. I decided to accept his recommendations and he performed the services in a very professional manner.

He called ahead of time to see if he could come early, which was great for me. Tony was very thorough and quiet knowledgeable. I like the way that he explained things as he went along. Please note that Anthony was the technician who performed the garage repair on Monday, June 1. He arrived promptly and reviewed the current problem making it necessary to open and close the door manually. He installed new parts as shown on the invoice. He tested the operation of the door, discussed more about the door in general which was helpful and educational. Tony is pleasant about answering questions and very professional in his demeanor. vk

When our garage door spring broke on the Friday evening before Memorial Day, we thought we'd be stuck with it broken until Tuesday. We called Precision and were happy to find out they could come out first thing Saturday morning to replace it! Anthony was very personable and professional. He presented us with our options and what the costs would be so we could make an informed decision.
