We knew there were some problems with the garage door from the sounds. I purchased a door inspection package from Angie's List and Anthony came to work on the door. We originally had the door installed by Precision 11 years ago and he had all the information. He looked the door over and recommended a lifetime warranty package to fix the springs, cables and other moving parts. Anthony worked efficiently and was done quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable. The door works beautifully.

Your representative was at the house very promptly, and that was especially important as I had a serious appointment at the time. Don't object to the $65 cost of the service cost. My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was very positive. The person answering the phone was polite and informative. Anthony, the technician who came to replace a broken torsion spring ,was prompt and thorough in his explanation of costs and of the quality of the springs. He did quality work in a timely manner. There was some confusion regarding the warranty I had paid for in 2008 but the matter was settled to the satisfaction of both sides.

I called Precision to get an estimate on fixing our garage door opener and possibly adding a lock. An appointment was made very quickly and the technician, Anthony Wise came out right on time. He was very courteous and explained everything clearly. Our garage door opener was 20 years old and needed to be replaced plus the rollers. Anthony gave us our options with the prices and included the Angie's List discount and the Precision discount. He was able to do the work right there and had all the parts and the work was done in about 1.5 hours. I really appreciated the prompt service from the time I called to when the work was completed. I give Anthony Wise and Precision 5 stars. Very satisfied!
