He arrived promptly and reviewed the current problem making it necessary to open and close the door manually. He installed new parts as shown on the invoice. We knew there were some problems with the garage door from the sounds. I purchased a door inspection package from Angie's List and Anthony came to work on the door. We originally had the door installed by Precision 11 years ago and he had all the information. He looked the door over and recommended a lifetime warranty package to fix the springs, cables and other moving parts. Anthony worked efficiently and was done quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable.
