Anthony was our technician. He was professional and easy to talk to, Knowlegeable and efficient in getting our garage door repaired. He showed me the problems, answered my questions and gave me options for the repairs. He showed how the door was balanced after the new spring was installed and told me about the warranty. I was very happy with the service I received from Precision. They had previously done work on my garage door. My car was trapped in the garage as the spring had broken and I couldn't lift the door electronically or manually. I was glad they were able to come out the same day. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. I greatly appreciated him. Overall, I would give him and Precision my highest recommendation!

Your representative was at the house very promptly, and that was especially important as I had a serious appointment at the time. Don't object to the $65 cost of the service cost. The second time the rep has made a heavy pitch for about $700 upgrade of my door. Very expensive calls if response is positive.

I called because our boom broke and while waiting on hold I heard about the safety inspection. I have 2 kids running around my house and want the garage to be safe. My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was very positive. The person answering the phone was polite and informative. Anthony, the technician who came to replace a broken torsion spring ,was prompt and thorough in his explanation of costs and of the quality of the springs. He did quality work in a timely manner. There was some confusion regarding the warranty I had paid for in 2008 but the matter was settled to the satisfaction of both sides.

I called Precision to get an estimate on fixing our garage door opener and possibly adding a lock. An appointment was made very quickly and the technician, Anthony Wise came out right on time. He was very courteous and explained everything clearly. Our garage door opener was 20 years old and needed to be replaced plus the rollers. Anthony gave us our options with the prices and included the Angie's List discount and the Precision discount. He was able to do the work right there and had all the parts and the work was done in about 1.5 hours. I really appreciated the prompt service from the time I called to when the work was completed. I give Anthony Wise and Precision 5 stars. Very satisfied!

He was on-time, worked diligently and explained all phases of his proposed work in an understandable fashion. My garage door was working, however my remote wasn't. Anthony Wise arrived before me but was so kind telling me to take my time because the roads were icy and he could wait. He programed a new remote and then serviced my door replacing the rollers. It is now so quiet I can't believe it's the same door. I appreciate Precision sending me an email with a photo of the technician so I could feel safe. Anthony was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. 5 big stars. Thank you.

Not only was the repairman able to fix my garage door on the very day I called but he arrived promptly at the time I was quoted calling me to let me know that he was on his way! My garage door now works which is fantastic in this freezing weather. The repairman promptly and correctly identified the problem and fixed my garage door. He was also kind enough to change the light for me in the opener which I could not reach!! Thank You so much!

When Anthony arrived he was very nice and informative about questions I had. He went above and beyond the service call special I had secured through Angie's list, even using a hammer to break up the ice on my drive so the door would close. Will definitely use you again!
