garage door bottom seal replaced (ground hog chewed old one trying to escape garage!) - service technician (Anthony Wise) was prompt, courteous, fast, explained everything and answered all my questions - chose Precision for service because they installed garage door opener several years ago and I was pleased with their service at that time - Precision's advertising gives the appearance of professionalism and conveys the impression that they "mean business" - very pleased with their service

My garage door opener was not working, so I googled key words "garage door opener repair". The first search result was a listing for Cleveland Garage Door (Precision). I chose Precision because of the accreditations and the great reviews on this website. The young lady who booked my appointment was very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. Much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes of booking the appointment, I received a phone call from Anthony, and he arrived at my home in less than 10 minutes. Anthony was very nice and thorough. He explained what the problem was and did what I thought was a very professional job at a reasonable price in a relatively short period of time. Anthony's assistant was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision if I need repairs or a new garage door opener or garage door. I feel confident they would do a great job.

I found Precision Garage Door on Angie's List, and was not disappointed with their service. They sent their technician Anthony out, who arrived that same day and even earlier than promised. Anthony explained all the problems with my door, and outlined the steps and costs necessary to fix them. It turned out to be a lot more expensive than I anticipated, but he was able to work with me so I could get all the problem areas fixed.

Precision sent a service rep within two hours of my call. My garage door rollers had come out of the track and would not close which was a security issue for me. Great job on the Garage Door Repair today. Called before the scheduled appointment and came out a few hours early. Good inspection and explanation of the problem and what was needed to be done to repair it. Just under 2 hours later, I had 2 new springs, new cables, new rollers, and a new bracket with the opener reconnected. He also explained why I needed to replace my garage door opener as well, as the problem should not have occurred. I could not spend even more to get it replaced at this time, but I appreciated the explanation. Overall, great job, with very friendly and professional service throughout.

The release cord did not work during a power outage which resulted in our having to cancel an appointment. When I called I was told there might be a service fee assessed if it was found that the parts were not under warranty. I did not feel that was warranted since the door opener was fairly new. I contacted the main office by email and was promptly contacted by Jeff, the owner of the facility which we had used. He listened to my complaint and arranged for a technician to come and inspect and repair at no charge. The technician, Anthony, was prompt and efficient. He replaced the part and then demonstrated how to use the cord release and how to re-engage it. He also allowed for me to do a return demonstration to insure that I understood.

I did like all the fixes that your technician did and he was very curteous and explained everything he was doing. The only reason I did not give you a 5 star rating is your billing or receipt process. I never got a print out and still really am not sure what the bill consisted of other than the handout your technician showed me initially. I don't fault the technician with this but whatever software you are using. So please could you send me a copy of the bill Thanks. Frank
