The repairman communicated well, arrived on schedule. He inspected the door, found a problem we had not seen, and repaired it under warranty. A small scratch in the new door section occurred on route to our house, which the repairman offered to replace. I chose to have the scratch painted, instead.

I am very pleased with Anthony's workmanship and his knowledge of how to properly replace my garage door snap latch. While the garage door snap latch may appear to be a small part, there is a tremendous amount of labor and precision required to get the part fitted properly. Anthony did a terrific job!

Good morning, On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Mr. Anthony Wise came out to repair my garage door. I must say he did an excellent job and also had given me tips on how to maintain my garage door. We're repeat customers & based on our experience with Precision over the last several years, which has ALWAYS been EMERGENCY service, we wouldn't call anyone else. Last night at 6 PM,I discovered that the garage door would not operate, leaving the car trapped. Since I have to be at work at 7 AM, I called Precision immediately. The technician, Anthony Wise, called back promptly to confirm he would be coming out, and actually arrived earlier than he estimated. Anthony was professional and friendly, making sure I could see for myself what the problems were, and giving good informational answers to my questions. I decided on a garage door "rebuild" and 2 hours later everything was shipshape. I also appreciated his thoughtfulness in taking his boots off for the short trek from front door through the house to the garage.

Anthony Wise arrived promptly at my home and explained and demonstrated what was causing problems with my opener. Since he felt it is was at least 30 years old I had the Lift Master premium Series opener installed. He did a nice job installing, also explaining the opener and cleaning up all the mess.
