No doubt in my mind a five star rating.The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable of his job,and took the time to explain the computer system so I could get my garage door open!I wish that you would be able to check off more then one choice because I had two services done.Install garage door opener and rollers with all the hardware that goes with it. Also the amount of time it took for the technician to finish the job was shorter then I thought it would be.Great job on all of the people that helped set up my my appointment to the person installing the product!

Al Fleming is a personal friend so I requested him to do my garage door repair on Tues.,July 15. When I called the office, the receptionist was very cordial and followed my wishes by having Al call me asap. Talk about service! I called at 9:20a.m. to place a service call. We set up a time betweeen 10-12 same day! At 9:33a.m. the technician called to say he was on his way! Wow! Mr. Al Fleming gave me his professional and personal opinion on what would be best for my house abd budget. He was great! I ordered a new garage door and LiftMaster opener! Precision replaced our three garage doors. From the first call, Precision was very responsive to our inquiries about style to fit with our historic home, energy efficiency, cost, and installation. I have had Precision at my house on a number of times, They are always prompt and they get the job done quickly. My service man Al has worked on my door a number of time. He is very cordial and knows what needs to be done. One of the springs broke and it only cost me the service call because I previously had Precision do an overhaul about 5 or 6 years ago.
