Talk about service! I called at 9:20a.m. to place a service call. We set up a time betweeen 10-12 same day! At 9:33a.m. the technician called to say he was on his way! Wow! Mr. Al Fleming gave me his professional and personal opinion on what would be best for my house abd budget. He was great! I ordered a new garage door and LiftMaster opener! I am very excited and cannot wait to see it up and ready! Thank you Precision Door!

I have had Precision at my house on a number of times, They are always prompt and they get the job done quickly. My service man Al has worked on my door a number of time. He is very cordial and knows what needs to be done. One of the springs broke and it only cost me the service call because I previously had Precision do an overhaul about 5 or 6 years ago. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Service was excellent, as advertised. I called at 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon and repair tech arrived around 3pm, completed work by 4:15pm, and that included some unexpected wrinkles in the job. Al replaced our broken torsion spring, mounted a new center plate for it, installed new rollers, and replaced a broken cable, all with great efficiency on a pretty cold day. Thanks, Al and Precision. GREAT JOB!

Google comes through again! My garage door failed me on the second coldest night of 2014. Precision answered their phone promptly with a live person no less! I was considered an emergency because my car was stuck inside. They arrived within the hour and Al was done and gone within 45 minutes. Considering the original unit was 15 years old, the replacement (cost and warranty) were well worth it. Excellent.

Al Fleming is a personal friend so I requested him to do my garage door repair on Tues.,July 15. When I called the office, the receptionist was very cordial and followed my wishes by having Al call me asap. Al called me within 20 minutes, worked me into his schedule around his lunch hour, and completed the work that I agreed upon in a very professional manner . I am extremely satisfied.
