I have had Precision at my house on a number of times, They are always prompt and they get the job done quickly. My service man Al has worked on my door a number of time. Being one of the owners, I was really touched by your review. The above mentioned are what separate the good companies from the the best. We thank you for being a loyal customer.

Service was excellent, as advertised. I called at 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon and repair tech arrived around 3pm, completed work by 4:15pm, and that included some unexpected wrinkles in the job. Al replaced our broken torsion spring, mounted a new center plate for it, installed new rollers, and replaced a broken cable, all with great efficiency on a pretty cold day. Thanks, Al and Precision. Google comes through again! My garage door failed me on the second coldest night of 2014. Precision answered their phone promptly with a live person no less! I was considered an emergency because my car was stuck inside. They arrived within the hour and Al was done and gone within 45 minutes. Considering the original unit was 15 years old, the replacement (cost and warranty) were well worth it. Excellent.

My garage door spring broke at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and I called Precision based on their Internet web page and they had me scheduled for a replacement spring by noon on the same day. The technician, Al Flemming, called in advance to tell me when heâ??d be at the house. His inspection of the door showed some very well-worn components I was somewhat aware of, but did not take seriously. He replaced the spring, rollers, cable and bearing plates in less than one hour. I was not pressured to replace all parts and did so on my own. Al was very experienced and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Several weeks ago, in an emergency operation, Al came by to replace our garage door springs and the other moving parts, with professionalism and quality. Our neighbor noticed recently that our garage door would close partially (we had driven off apparently) and re-open. Based on this, we called Precision yesterday and Al came by this morning. After some diagnostics, he made some adjustments and said to call again if this did not help. After sales service differentiates a mediocre company from an outstanding one. Precision's after sales service is impeccable.
