Very pleased with the work performed. Your technician was very courteous and prompt and the work was performed in a timely manner. I did however feel the amount charged was a bit high. I would highly recommend Precision Door. They were fast, professional, polite and knew what they were doing. The springs on my 2 1/2 car garage door broke and the door could not be opened. They were out the next day and had it up and running in an hour!!!

Excellent service. Since garage door would not open and car was inside, emergency service was provided without addition cost. Technician immediately detected problem, explained it fully and provided a quote. We accepted the quote and rebuild was completed within an hour. The technician called ahead to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived he went right to work surveying the situation and as a result offering 3 choice estimates. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable about his craft. The technician explained the estimates thoroughly and after making my choice went right to work and completed the job in a quick and professional manner. Having said that, I submit a rating of 5 stars.

Current opener was almost 20 yrs. old. Al gave both options to repair/replace the unit, obviously replace was the better option based on economics. Al arrived on time was courteous and a quick worker. Would recommend him to anyone needing service.

Garage door would not close using remote or wall mounted pad. Called at about 0800 hours and was told technician would be out between 1000-1200 hours. Technician called at 1130 hours to advise he was 20 minutes away. When he arrived, I explained the problem and he knew right away that the electronic sensors were causing the problem. He repaired the wire on one, but the other was corroded beyond hope. He replaced the sensors and everything worked fine. Your technician was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Can't ask for anything more from Precision or your technicians.

Because they are a local company and I found them online. a live person answered my call immediately and incredibly were able to come fix my garage door that same afternoon! they sent me an email right away with photo's of the technicians so I would know who to expect. My tech, Al, was very polite, flexible, professional, knowledgeable and timely. He called to confirm when he would be over, and arrived when expected. He explained everything to me in understandable terms ... which I appreciated. This is 5 star service for sure. thank you !!

Not only the spring but walked us through complete safety measures showing us that our safety was his primary concern and the need to replace the cables and rollers as well, and not only that but showing us the best possible plan to fit our budget.
