Paul Broschk came to my home on a service call. He is a really "nice guy" with a great attitude and work ethic. He took care of the problem that I called about, but he was also concerned about possible upcoming problems I might have with my garage door. With no pressure, he told me and showed me what may happen and why. I decided to fix the problem and fortunately he was able to accommodate me on the same day. Paul is an asset to your company for sure. Because of him, you are now my garage support team and I will spread a very positive word.

At 8:00 am this morning, hurrying to work I backed out of garage without pushing overhead door to open. You guessed it I bent the door, but because of it is Precision, it still lifted back up. By 9:00 am I called Precision and got courteous promise of a call back at 3:00. On the minute a technician called at 3:00, humored me that I wasn't the only one who did that, and appeared to fix it, at 5:00 pm. We settled on short term solution with bending and a new bar on bottom panel. Job was done by six. Ryan was efficient, competent and trustworthy. Thank you Precision. You're the best

The garage broke at 5 in the morning both vehicles inside garage and it was pouring the rain. Went on line and looked for emergency repair service. I was impressed they have someone to answer phones at 6:00 am and had an appointment for anywhere from 10-12:00. The technician Anthony was very understanding, especially when he saw the door laying in the back yard. He told me my options and the cost. I felt he recommended the options and was honest with me. He worked quickly and was out of here by Noon. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I had a very old/original garage door the spring broke, but the bottom of the door was all rotted out. Precision was able to remove the old door and install a new one very quickly. My installer was Ryan and he came in, did the work. He was very professional. Very happy with the new door.

Z came out and gave our door a tuneup, new rollers, and leveled the door. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the door and pointing out upcoming issues. I really appreciated his candor pointing out how the previous owner went the cheap route and his recommendations in the future. I will be requesting Z in the future for further repairs.
