Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.

This morning, Paul from Precision came out to my house to look at the garage and give me an estimate for new doors. He was right on time, even at 8:00 in the morning, and came right at the beginning of the two hour window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Precision Door and I was really pleased with every aspect. I called on a Saturday and got to talk to a real person. A service call was scheduled for the following day, a Sunday! The technician called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He solved the problem by replacing the old, defective eye sensors and then tested the installation. As a courtesy he lubricated the door hinges which were noisier than they should be. A nice touch! The service was great and the cost was fair. What more could you ask for! I’ve already recommended Precision Door to my daughter and to two friends.
