Brad called the next day and we planned to meet that evening, if he had a garage door opener left at the end of the day. He was kind enough to save the last one for me and installed it when I returned home from work. He explained that he knew I needed to get to work in the morning and didn't want to take time from my job. The installation took about an hour, he explained how the remotes worked, and how to disengage the opener. Brad was an excellent technician.
