We found the ad for Precision Garage Door in the Yellow Pages. We called several other companies that were not able to provide same day replacement of the coil on our garage door. Because the door was quite heavy, we decided to have a new door installed which was done several days later (due to the holiday). We are quite pleased with our new door and the professional and courteous manner of the technician who installed it. He cleaned up after the work was completed. When we drive into our driveway, we marvel at how attractive the door makes the house appear.

I am happy to write a review of your service and your product. A year ago, I had a new garage door opener installed by someone who did not stand behind the job. The opener never worked well. I contacted your company and technicians came out advising me that the opener needed to be replaced. I was impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and politeness of both men. At the time I could not afford the new opener so I waited until 2010. Yes, you met my expectations. This new technician was equally professional.
