Precision was very easy to work with, very courteous and punctual. My tech was Paul, and he was very likeable and professional, did good work, and cleaned up after himself very neatly. I only gave 4 stars, because I did spend more than I had wanted to, but my door is now operating perfectly, and I have a couple years worth of warranty on their work and parts. Glad I hired Precision and let the pros handle this one, even if it was expensive.

A spring broke on my 54-year-old 300 pound wooden garage door. I called for service and was given a 4-6 PM window the same day. Zoran called around 3 to see if he could come earlier and arrived at 3:30. He estimated 1-1.5 hours and had to work in less than ideal conditions in my garage. He replaced the center bearing because the new springs wouldn't fit older bearings and replaced both cables since one had frayed. He originally quoted $550. He ran into a problem with the cable slipping off due to worn grooves in the pulleys. He said it would be $60 for 2 new small pulleys (newer larger ones wouldn't fit). The total repair ended up taking about 2 hrs 15 min. The door works great now. I deducted one star because the bill ended up $650, which I thought was a little high and was expecting $610. Labor and tax charges are not shown, only parts prices which apparently include the labor & tax. The work is guaranteed for 1 year Precision sends an email with pictures of the technicians so you know it's not an imposter.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Technician was knowledgeable. He did have to run back to the shop for a shorter track, as he did not have one of the correct length on the truck, but that is understandable. I am deducting one star, however, for the fact that he forgot to install the light bulbs! Not a huge deal.

The tech was very fast and was very good at adjusting our doors and and repairing the openers. The only issue I had was the price of the parts (sensors) that were installed. I checked the prices of the same items that the tech pulled from his truck at home depot later in the day and found the parts were more than doubled. I can understand some up charge for the convenience - but the prices you charged were ridiculous. But the tech was very professional.

Your technician was very good. Polite and apologetic when he had to charge me eight-five dollars to replace the batteries in my remotes.

Complete garage system replaced....springs , cables, rollers, etc. Very pleased with immediate response and same day service especially since my car was in the garage and door broken. The only thing I would have done or advised would have been to cover my car to protect from any dust and or debris. Highly recommend Precision.

I was able to make an appointment right away, good customer service. Paul Broschk was my technician, awesome guy. Knowledgeable, efficient, and just all-around personable. Thought the new equipment (spring, cables, bearings, etc) was a little steep in price, especially after some research, but, quality-looking and warranty backed. I would recommend and use their services again.

My installer was as good a salesman as he was a repairman. Had I not had as many tools and things that needed protected with a closed door, I may have researched pricing a little better. The installer was very friendly and did a wonderful job replacing all the parts to get the door working. He was very competent and I would recommend him for his work. I just feel the cost was very high.

The service Tech was Craig, he was 6 hours early but fortunately somebody was home to grant him access to the garage. Outside of having to go back to the shop for parts, he was very very polite and professional. I only gave 4 stars because I think ya'll are priced a bit high and this rating should not reflect on Cig who deserves 5 stars.
