Paul was a rock star. He is an excellent technician and very well mannered. Excellent service. He not only serviced my broken spring and other necessary replacement parts, but also diligently explained how a garage door operates to my 2 children. Paul was a great teacher and the kids loved it. My son gathered some broken parts for his project about pulley's at school that is due in 2 days. Thank you very much Paul. My garage used to sound horrible before, after replacing the rollers, it is so smooth. I would recommend getting this replaced if you have a squeaky garage when you open and close. Overall 5 stars.

Where do I start, your web page provided me with all I needed to know about the different garage door motors, how the whole garage system works. When Paul Broschk arrived at my home I already had a photo of him thanks again to your e-mail sent to me prior to his arrival. Let me just say I hate spending money for repairs. I thought I was going to spend about $200.00 for a Spring replacement, but ended up spending more. Because of Paul taking his time to go over every part of my garage safety inspection and pointing out what was needed. I was given three options and went with the best option. My family safety is very important to me. Paul was not just about the job, but he was very caring and knew his job. He cleaned up after himself and went over everything he replaced and its function. He is very easy to talk to and was more than helpful. I will call on and refer friends and family to Precision Door and I will have them ask for Paul, that's how good and friendly he was. I plan to do business with you all in the future when I need a motor replaced. Thanks again, there is nothing like a working garage door and to know I have 24/7 service. Why would you go anywhere else.

Paul came to check out my broken spring and noted that my door was damaged as well, and advised that I replace the door rather than just the spring. As this was really my only place to keep a car, Paul also went out of his way to make sure he could get the door installed the next day! Paul did a great job in my tiny little garage, making sure the door hung level and was attached to studs, unlike my old door. Thank you for taking care of me!

After a power outage on Saturday, we had to manually open the garage door. It weighed a ton and wouldn't stay up. First of all, I was impressed to find online the name/photo of the represenatative who would be working at my home with a description of the truck, uniform, and badge I should expect to see. When you live alone, that is very reassuring. I appreciated the photo and reviews for Paul Broschk who did my work. Ths entire service started on time with a friendly call from Paul who arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional, considerate, and very patiet as he anwered my questions and explained how he would repair the issues I had with my garage door springs and track. When the time comes to entirely replace the door, I will definitely contact this company and possibly Paul once more.

Your technition was excellent. My problem was the motor which you did not put in. Paul did what he could and got my door working. THEN I printed out my invoice - YIKES - 8 pages. All I wanted was a reciept.
