Although my garage door system broke down and didn't want to work/labor on Labor Day, your company made sure that a tech was there to do the repairs the next day. Our garage door broke in the morning, these guys were out here the same day, just hours later. Receptionist was very nice to speak with and she was able to schedule around my baby's nap. Paul was polite, respectful, took the time to explain everything very well, and cleaned up after he was done. The garage door works very well now, smooth and quiet.

I called every door repair company in Lorain County, no one wanted to come out after 5pm. I called Precision, transferred me to the technician, told him my problem, he said he was on a job and could be there in around an hour. He arrived when he said, checked out the problem, suggested some other areas that might need attention, gave me a price, He went to work, within an hour was done, my door has never been better. It runs so quiet now I actually have to turn and look to see if it is closing. Outstanding service, Outstanding Technician. Nothing but the highest praises. You will regret calling anyone else!!!

Paul, the technician, called to let me know he was on his way, which was great. He was very personable, knowledgeable, confident and efficient in getting the work done. He repaired lift mechanism and installed new opener. He also set the remote in my car and explained routine maintenance I can do on the door hinges. Great service!

Just recently purchased a house and had the garage door opener fail within 2 weeks. Had heard about Precision through a neighbor, but also found them on the internet through a web search. Was very impressed by the reviews. Called Saturday morning -- technician Paul arrived in the afternoon -- diagnosed the problems and installed a new opener and hardware immediately. We were very impressed with the service -- from the initial phone call to Paul's excellent work. Definitely would recommend Precision!

I needed repairs on the bottom corner of my door and sealing strip due to a rodent having chewed its way in and taken up residence. Precision's service was prompt and at the time they promised. Paul did a great job of explaining what he needed to do and getting it done without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. The job was completed a day ahead of when it was promised. I would definitely hire Precision again.

I just happen to see Paul across the street working on my neighbors doors. I asked Paul if he had time to come over and look at the two doors I had. Paul said of course and he'd be happy to look things over. After his evaluation, he said he would be back that afternoon to address the few things he observed. He was right on time and did a great job explaining in "plain english" just what needed to be down. He did exactly what he said he would do and did a great job.
