I chose Precision as I belong to Angie's List and they had the best and most amount of reviews and I am so glad I did. My previous garage door opener would open only a few inches and kept getting stuck over the years and I could not deal with it any more (not getting any younger) and knew I wanted one that I did not have to be bothered with any more. Bill arrived ahead of schedule which I was thankful for as I had to go to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had the entire job done in no time despite the fact it was freezing out. The garage door opener is so quiet and I love the fact I can put it on delay for 5 minutes and it closes on it's own! Several times I forgot to close the door overnight so now I am relieved I will never have this worry. I have to give a shout out to the girl that answered the phone as she quickly dispatched Bill to the job. Hopefully this garage door opener will outlast me and I will be a happy camper!

When my garage door would not open last night I thought I was in for some trouble. I called precision door at 6:30, after business hours,after seeing them on google, I was greeted wih an appointment for the following morning. Paul arrived promptly around 10 am and was skills at assessing necessary repair, but honest about what I absolutely needed. He was pleasant to deal with and knowledgable. He installed new rollers and a torsion lift system for my old wooden garage door and I was amazed at how easy it moved when complete and totally worth the investment to have it done right.
We appreciate your feedback. In most cases, we can provide service immediately to homeowners, if not we will come early the following morning as in your case. Called Precision, and was set up with an appointment faster than I believed was possible. Received confirmation email with a list of Precision employees and their photos for security. Paul was wonderful. Quickly assessed the issues, explained the problem in a way that was clear, even tho I know very little on the subject. He came up with three different solutions and helped me choose which was best for me. He was able to start work immediately. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Yesterday was the coldest day of the year, and when I called because my garage door wouldn't close, your service tech Paul came out and made it seem that his only concern was making sure that I was satisfied with his service. We haven't had to call you very often because you sell a good product, but I am pleased with how well you stand by that product, and how your service people respond to the needs of me, the consumer. Found you in the yellow pages. Confirmed my choice thru Angies List. Technician was on time and found my opener was beyond repair. He patiently explained the problems, likely causes and suggested the solution. After answering my questions I gave the OK to replace the opener, rollers and cables. Zoran represented your Company well. I hope I wont need his services anytime soon but if I should I will call Precision.

Precision provided me with an email naming my technician and identifying him by picture and bio minutes after making the appointment. Paul arrived promptly in a Precision truck, Precusuib labled clothing and ID, listened to my concerns and went right to work diagnosing my problem. He also provided me with options for future consideration and the rationale for such suggestions. There was no upsell pressure and his demeanor was friendly and reassuring. I am impressed with Precision from my first view of the home page to the wave goodbye to Paul as he drove away!
We do all of the above mentioned to remove some of the anxiety homeowners may experience when a stranger enters their home. We encourage our technicians to be courteous and professional.
