I can't say enough about the excellent service I received this past Saturday! The door just up and quit, I called and Paul Broschk was here very shortly. I chose Precision Door because they were well rated on Angie's list and I was impressed with their website. Paul Broschk was my technician. He was on time, very informative, courteous and personable. No complaints with his service. I had called to have the garage door opener repaired but ended up needing a new "lift" system (I had a broken spring in a system which was no longer made) and a new garage door opener. They only sold 2 garage door openers and both were on the high end of the price range. It would have been nice to have had a printed receipt. Other than being a bit pricey, I was very satisfied with the service.

I responded to an Angieslist deal ($89.99) for tune-up. Also, needed diagnosis as door was doing as it pleased when opener was pressed. Due to their comprehensive website, I knew who was coming (name & photo), and when. Paul Broschk was my tech.. He was on time, courteous, informative, patient & quick. I do not know much about the "workings" of garage doors & other then Angieslist, did not do my normal research of other companies. Having said that, the parts & service seemed a bit pricey. New keypad, 2 openers, changed rollers & replaced motor...$550. Also, would have liked to receive hand held copy of receipt once I signed. All in all, great, timely service.

I called to have my garage door repaired but unfortunately it was beyond repair. The technician explained why a new door was necessary and immediately worked on some options for us. By the end of the appointment all I had to do was confirm what we wanted with a phone call. Although we went another direction, I would definitely refer Precision. I choose Precision from the phone book. I was pleased with the person taking my information as she was very helpful. The time of the appointment was satisfactory and Paul called gave an estimated time of arrival and was here as excepted. He reviewed the problem, checked what needed to done and gave me the option to pick what work I needed done. Paul reviewed what he did and if anything didn't work I could call and a service call would be made. A rating of 5.

My Garage Door broke this morning at about 8am. I called Precision Door Service and spoke to a young lady and she scheduled an appt. for between 9 and 12am. Paul Broschk called about 9am and said he would be here in 15 min. He was and the service was excellent. The garage door was stuck and it would not go up or down. The service was prompt, Paul was Courtious and the job was done and I am Happy. Thank you for a job well done.

I have a 70 year old home. Last winter the water pipes burst in the attic above the garage - 4 times- and water / ice cascaded over the front and sides of the door. Since then, the door has been noisy and definitely in need of some TLC. Enter Paul...on time, friendly and at task to complete a basic replacement of all door parts, rollers, drums, springs, etc.. Our garage door spring broke so the door couldn't be opened. I called Precision later in the afternoon and got an appointment for the next day. Technician Paul Broschk arrived to repair the door and I found him to be very friendly, easy to talk with and professional. He examined the door and gave me two options for repair. I chose the option that I wanted and he changed the springs, rollers, cables, etc. and was done with the job in about 1 hour after which he showed me what he had done . I am really pleased with the job Paul did, the door works smoother and quieter than it ever did, and I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service .
