The service tech today was Paul Broschk and he did a fantastic job of getting my garage doors operating the way they should have when our house was built 11 years ago. He replaced the broken Genie with a 8550 LIftmaster opener which is unbelievable compared to the Genie. He replaced springs on both doors, cables and other hardware and installed a digital opener and an outside keypad. It came with a life time guarantee. Even a battery back up for the opener if there should be a power failure and you want to get in or out of the garage. Great experience. I bought cheaper in the past and this is the 3rd time someone has had to come to a fairly newer house. The almost commercial quality of these products allows me to believe I won't have to worry about the garage doors functioning for a very long time. I highly recommend Precision - especially Paul.

Called on a Friday, and Service tech Paul came Saturday afternoon and did a complete replacement of springs, cables, rollers with tune-up adjustments. Very conscientious service! Door works great again!

I chose Precision after getting a disappointing response from 2 other companies. I did a Google search and Precision showed up. I was thrilled to see the 24x7 hours. I had a problem with my remote control and couldn't get into my garage via the emergency release. Your technician worked diligently to finally get the door open and he helped me reset the remote and keypad. Thank you so much for the service!

I was able to make an appointment right away, good customer service. Paul Broschk was my technician, awesome guy. Knowledgeable, efficient, and just all-around personable. Thought the new equipment (spring, cables, bearings, etc) was a little steep in price, especially after some research, but, quality-looking and warranty backed. I would recommend and use their services again.

paul was both timely and accurate in diagnosis. quickly fixed the door and now the door is working perfect. Precision may not be the lowest cost alternative out there, but they certainly seem to be the most accurate. Fixing right the first time is money in the bank.

I chose Precision Door because they were well rated on Angie's list and I was impressed with their website. Paul Broschk was my technician. He was on time, very informative, courteous and personable. No complaints with his service. I had called to have the garage door opener repaired but ended up needing a new "lift" system (I had a broken spring in a system which was no longer made) and a new garage door opener. They only sold 2 garage door openers and both were on the high end of the price range. It would have been nice to have had a printed receipt. Other than being a bit pricey, I was very satisfied with the service.

I responded to an Angieslist deal ($89.99) for tune-up. Also, needed diagnosis as door was doing as it pleased when opener was pressed. Due to their comprehensive website, I knew who was coming (name & photo), and when. Paul Broschk was my tech.. He was on time, courteous, informative, patient & quick. I do not know much about the "workings" of garage doors & other then Angieslist, did not do my normal research of other companies. Having said that, the parts & service seemed a bit pricey. New keypad, 2 openers, changed rollers & replaced motor...$550. Also, would have liked to receive hand held copy of receipt once I signed. All in all, great, timely service.

I choose Precision from the phone book. I was pleased with the person taking my information as she was very helpful. The time of the appointment was satisfactory and Paul called gave an estimated time of arrival and was here as excepted. He reviewed the problem, checked what needed to done and gave me the option to pick what work I needed done. Paul reviewed what he did and if anything didn't work I could call and a service call would be made. A rating of 5.
