My service rep. was Anthony Wise and he knows his product cold. I have a good mechanical background and had learned something about the operation of garage doors. When I explained what I thought was wrong (one end winding drum had come unspooled) and what I wanted, Anthony was patient with me and made some additional suggestions including replacing the cables which showed signs of corrosion and new rollers. The old rollers demonstrated evidence of bearing deterioration. The work was done quickly and in a first class manner. The parts were a little more pricey than I had thought, but I consider this justifiable in view of the quality of the service. I will use this company again.

Arrival was prompt. Loved the picture of the service technician sent ahead of time for safety reasons. I needed a new spring, and not just one that was installed by the builder, because I have a 2-car garage. So while the cost was higher than I expected, the price we settled on seemed fair. Also replaced rollers and brackets and all new parts received a lifetime warranty. Hope to be set as long as I live here. Would definitely recommend to my neighbors.

Matt was assigned to open the broken door to get our car out. He did that on a Sunday, then wrote up our order for two new doors. He was great. A schedule conflict had Eric do the installation. He,too, was great. We reviewed all operations with Eric. The people, the product, the installation and the price more than met our expectations. If I had to do it again I would choose your company.

Please post this review for me. I had the pleasure of having Bill come out to work on our Garage door this evening. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Bill Adamini. He arrived on schedule, explained every little detail of what he found component by component, explained further every detail of the repair, and completed it taking great care all the while even with our cars right nearby. He didn't give us the run around. or try to rush out or undersell us even though it was late at night on a Sunday. Bill is definitely a keeper! We called for a service call, We were given the pros and cons about the old door and opener, in the long run it made more sense going with a new insulated door and new opener, your tech was great.It was not worth repairing sometheing 17 years old. Thank you Jim Widrich

Your Company was randomly selected from the Yellow Pages. Your technician checked out all parts of the 42 years old garage door. Replaced all rollers, all three bearings, the lift cables, both torsion springs and the puller aluminum gear. He did an excellent job. I also like the lifetime warranty that stays with the house, not with the present owner only, as told by Brad. Unfortunately I did not find this writing.
