Tom arrived exactly on time for our scheduled appointment. He diagnosed my problem very quickly, followed up by his recommendation for repair/replacement. He was very courteous, polite and informative. He worked very quickly and then proceeded to explain how everything worked. Based on the appearance of my garage once he had left, you would never have known he had been there. I would definitely recommend Precision Door in addition to calling them myself if additional repairs are needed.

What a great company! Brad came out to inspect our 3 garage doors and openers. He installed new vinyl rollers on each and they are so much quieter now. He tightened all hardware and replaced a broken bracket on one door. All thoughout the service visit, he explained everything he was doing and why. The two technicians who repaired my door and replaced my remote entry opener were very professional (I just can't see, to remember names). They took the time to explain what they were doing. They also, at my request, took the time to "scold" two of my kids for unsafe climbing of the garage door (don't ask).
