As advertise Precision Door delivered the quality service outline in the video on there web page. I was quoted a price upfront and there was on hidden cost. The service technician Bill Adamini was on time and was able to resolve the problem in 20 minutes. He explained everything and took extra care in making sure the Garage Door was adjusted properly. All and all I would definely recommend Precision Door's price and service to a friend.

I gave you two stars not because of bad service, Al was professional and did his job well. I made one mistake and that was buying on the spot and not getting an estimate from a competitor, there was nothing wrong with the door when I called you. You may be the best in the business, but I suspect you are the most expensive. Al took 45 minutes to rebuild the door parts and I paid $800. I can't believe Al's time or your parts are worth that much money. I know good service is not cheap but should not be this expensive. You caught me on a bad day for me and good for you. I'm usually not that gullable and I really don't like to get taken and I feel I did. No recommendation for Precision.
We are sorry you feel as if you somehow been taken advantage of Mr. Winberry. Our goal is to fix the right door the first time and for our customers to be 100% satisfied. I will not defend our prices, they are what they are. I can guarantee our parts are better than any others available and we stand behind ours. Hopefully, after many years of trouble-free garage door use your opinion of us will change.

prompt. very friendly, courteous. Did not recognize make of door. Told me that I needed cables...did not, existing were fine. a little pricey with quote. got work done same day elsewhere. Thank you for your time, but the guy I had was extremely knowledgeable and accomplished the work almost within an hour, getting the part was easy.

Returning home after 10PM, I discovered a broken spring. I found Precision on line and called based upon positive reviews. Since my need was fairly urgent they changed their schedule and Brad arrived before 9AM the next day. He was very knowledgeable, showed me the problem and made suggestions for optional use. He completed all with a very professional and timely manner. My only negative is the service and cost is very expensive. Had I known the price and not been in an urgent need, I would have shopped around.

I called precision doors on Tuesday and Wednesday an hour before sceduled the technician called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. Within an hour he diagnosed and repaired the door. All which was during a holiday period. The young man was both professional and efficient. Thanks.

Loved the confirmation email that told me my technician, as well as, providing his picture. Al was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come earlier. Al was very polite, shook my hand and introduced himself when he arrived. Al was honest, polite and finished the repair quickly. MY STAR RATING WOULD HAVE BEEN A 1 INITIALLY BUT WOULD NOW BE A 5 TODAY! Initially I had 2 unpleasant experiences with Precision door. My husband and I were unhappy with the service and the attitudes of the service technicians. Our first experience with them which was about two years ago, ended with us spending a great deal more money than we anticipated on new cables, springs, door adjustments and the works. However we were told there was a lifetime warranty on both parts and labor. A few months later we had to call them back for a problem and when the serviceman came back, we were told this was a new problem and had no warranty. Needless to say we were extremely unhappy with the company and decided we would not call them again. A few days ago, we noticed our garage door was not closing all the way and was very crooked. We called another company who came out the same day and showed us frayed cables which needed to be replaced. The cost was $170.00. We were then told that the door would still not close in the manual position because Precision had installed the wrong springs for our door and it would be an additional $280.00 to replace those. I was not happy. I contacted Precision to insist they replace the springs and decided I would take them to small claims court if they would not stand by their claims. I was totally prepared for a lot of small talk and excuses. After being told a manager would contact me today, I was very surprised to actually have Jim call me early this morning to hear what I had to say. To my TOTAL surprise, he could not have been nicer. He accepted complete responsibility for the problem and had a serviceman over to my house within about an hour. The new service tech agreed that the wrong springs had been installed. He replaced the correct springs at no charge. I showed him the frayed cables along with my receipt for the new ones. About an hour later, I received a call once again from the manager Jim, who informed me that I will be reimbursed the entire $170.00 for the replacement cables. Needless to say, Precision has earned back my business and I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a reference in the future. I donâ??t know if they have a new owner or if they simply restructured the company, but whatever happened, they clearly understand that their reputation is essential to their success. Coupled with this understanding are the actions to back up their claims. It has been a long time since I have experienced such remarkable customer service with a perfectly pleasant and humble attitude. My sincere thanks to Jim and Tom the technician.
