What a great company! Brad came out to inspect our 3 garage doors and openers. He installed new vinyl rollers on each and they are so much quieter now. He tightened all hardware and replaced a broken bracket on one door. All thoughout the service visit, he explained everything he was doing and why. I am very, very pleased with the service I received and plan on calling Precision in the future. Thanks for the great service Brad!

The first time I used Precision, I needed emergency service, and they came right away to replace a broken spring. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the promptness. The two technicians who repaired my door and replaced my remote entry opener were very professional (I just can't see, to remember names). They took the time to explain what they were doing. They also, at my request, took the time to "scold" two of my kids for unsafe climbing of the garage door (don't ask). When a problem came up with my van remote, they promptly returned to take care of the issue. I would recommend your company in the future.
