I was in the market for a company to help with a recent garage door opener problem.....came across Precision and began to research their company. When I began to read through past customer responses, I liked what I read. What sealed the deal for calling them was someone I knew who gave a positive feedback. So I contacted them and they were out the next day. Worked with Brad and he was very, very informative. Provided me a workman like explanation that made it easy for me to understand what happened and what my options were. Glad that I came across them and will certainly pass along the company name to family and friends as needed.

Al did a great job of repairing our garage door. He replaced all the moving parts and now my wife can lift the door with one hand. Al was very proffesional, explained why we were having so much trouble with the door and provided the expertise and parts so our door is safe and works like new. Thanks to Al and Precision Door Service

What a great company! Brad came out to inspect our 3 garage doors and openers. He installed new vinyl rollers on each and they are so much quieter now. He tightened all hardware and replaced a broken bracket on one door. All thoughout the service visit, he explained everything he was doing and why. I am very, very pleased with the service I received and plan on calling Precision in the future. Thanks for the great service Brad!

The new doors look great and operate smoothly and quietly. Jeremiah was eager and able to answer all of our questions. We're looking forward to many years of trouble free service! Only minor detail: due to difference in wood trim, I do have a little paint touch up to take care of.

The first time I used Precision, I needed emergency service, and they came right away to replace a broken spring. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the promptness. I was comforted by the fact that they were easily identified by their uniforms and their trucks. A few years later, I recognized their logo at the home show and had them back to make some repairs and replace our garage door openers. Again, Al was courteous, prompt, and knowledgable. I am confident this company provides continually good service in a timely fashion.

Service was great and very professional. Jeremiah was polite, kind, and explained the problems very well. He worked very hard to correct the problem with my garage door under very cold conditions. I will definitely recommend your company and Jeremiah to others.

The two technicians who repaired my door and replaced my remote entry opener were very professional (I just can't see, to remember names). They took the time to explain what they were doing. They also, at my request, took the time to "scold" two of my kids for unsafe climbing of the garage door (don't ask). When a problem came up with my van remote, they promptly returned to take care of the issue. I would recommend your company in the future.

We had our garage double door springs replaced. Brad was very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked in a quick, efficient manner. He also installed a new remote garage door opener. He shared his appreciation of your company and it was absolutely apparent that he enjoyed his job. We would definitely call on your company for our future needs. Thank you!

Our service technician's name is Jim. We have had Jim to our home 3 times. First to repair our old garage and then to install a new door and opener. He came back this week to repair the operator under warranty. Every single time he's courteous, does a great job and always answer any questions I have. Will certainly recommend him to family and friends.
