Found you in the yellow pages. Confirmed my choice thru Angies List. Technician was on time and found my opener was beyond repair. He patiently explained the problems, likely causes and suggested the solution. After answering my questions I gave the OK to replace the opener, rollers and cables. Zoran represented your Company well. I hope I wont need his services anytime soon but if I should I will call Precision.

Once again Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Long story short - Precision Technician Zoran had serviced my lousy craftsman door opener (sidebar-never buy a sears opener, they are junk) and had told me it may not last long. Well it didn't and when it didn't open on a freezing cold morning, I called him and he was at my house in 2 hours and had installed a lift master system in about an hour. My new opener is 1000 times quieter than my junkie craftsman and has MYQ technology. The level of service and honesty is something you don't see much nowadays. I would highly recommend them and will always refer them to anyone who needs garage door service.

Called on Saturday AM for immediate repair. Very pleased to ear that there was no extra cost for coming out on a Saturday. Another company quoted me an additional $50. I chose your company from the yellow pages and what stood out to me was the same day service and 24 hour emergency service. Also your special rate and no extra charge for nights and weekends. I also liked the idea of a lifetime warranty. I also found your call back on the web very reassuring by telling and showing me what your trucks look like and also what the tech who was coming out looked like. My tech was Bill Adamini, and he was very good at his job and also showed how to disingage my garage door so I could lift it in the future. He went over all the parts that needed to be replaced and showed me the old parts so I could judge for myself as to how bad these parts were. My wife and I had Precision out to our house to help us with our garage door opener. It was an excellent experience! First of all, we called and they were able to come the very next day. The technician, Zoran, called before he came to make sure we were ready. Second, he inspected not just the opener, but all the parts and pieces of the garage door. I am not very good with mechanical things, but that didn't matter, Zoran explained everything to us in terms that we could comprehend. He made my wife and I aware of everything that was going on. He explained why were having the problem we were and how to properly fix it. He was extremely professional and at the same time made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It didn't seem as though he was just glancing at things and trying to sell us a big ticket item. We ended up getting a new opener and new parts for the door as well, but I knew why I needed them! Zoran explained why the decision we made was good from a safety standpoint and that the safety of our children was important. He worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. I would absolutely recommend anyone with garage issues to call! Very refreshing to feel like a company really cares about you as a customer!!

The technician Matt Petroff did an outstanding job ! He was very personable, compassionate about his job, thorough in his explanation of the services available & most importantly he fixed the problem with our garage door ! Immediately, Matt made me feel comfortable in our discussions of what could be wrong with our door without thinking he was trying to "rip" me off. There was no pressure from Matt to purchase something I didn't need at the moment but he was thorough on what I could be facing in a few years. First of all, I was impressed to find online the name/photo of the represenatative who would be working at my home with a description of the truck, uniform, and badge I should expect to see. When you live alone, that is very reassuring. I appreciated the photo and reviews for Paul Broschk who did my work. Ths entire service started on time with a friendly call from Paul who arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional, considerate, and very patiet as he anwered my questions and explained how he would repair the issues I had with my garage door springs and track. Initially the garage door was mis-measured,but once the problem was recognized, Precision personnel did everything they could to correct it. Ryan, who installed the door was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I was surprised with was that when the final sidings were added to the door frame, they were not caulked to seal them. I will have to buy some caulking to get that piece completed.I was very pleased with the professionalism of Precision
