Initially the garage door was mis-measured,but once the problem was recognized, Precision personnel did everything they could to correct it. Ryan, who installed the door was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I was surprised with was that when the final sidings were added to the door frame, they were not caulked to seal them. I will have to buy some caulking to get that piece completed.I was very pleased with the professionalism of Precision

I had Matt at my home for problems I was having opening and closing my garage door. While he initially thought that the unit was malfunctioning and he went thru a series of troubleshooting procedures until he located the issue, he never lost his cool even though it was very hot and humid. Matt was courteous and genuinely concerned about not leaving my home until I was 100% satisfied with the repairs he had made. I have had Matt at my home before and would recommend him to family and to my neighbors as someone you can trust which is really important to me. Matt is truly an asset to Precision Door.

I was very impressed with Jason's work ethic and congeniality. He installed the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener rapidly. He also installed new door rollers and cleaned up the area very well. My only concern was that neither he nor I, after he left, could get my 2000 Toyota Avalon built-in remote to work. I look forward to many years of trouble free and quiet garage door operation.

Our garage door spring and cables broke on a Saturday at 11:00 am, the day before we were hosting a family picnic. I found Precision through the internet and was able to book an appointment for later that afternoon. An email was received prior to the appointment with a picture of the technician that would be coming to our house. There was a coupon on the website that provided a free service call. Jason, a very personable and knowledgeable technician, showed up early and completed the whole job in less than an hour. And we got a lifetime warranty on the spring and cables. Precision is one first class company and helped make our weekend. I highly recommend Precision.

The service technician, Matt Petroff, called ahead and gave me a more exact arrival time. Matt was on time, courteous, and professional. He told me what the problems were with my garage door and explained to me all the repair options available to me and the associated costs, from fixing the immediate problems to doing a complete rebuild of the important components of the door. Matt did a good job of fixing my garage door and now it works great.

Bill did an excellent job. He gave a price comparison on wherever to fix our liftmaster door opener or install a new one. We chose to install a new opener and the liftmaster belt drive is so quite and we can hardly hear it compare to te liftmaster chain drive. Bill did amazing work. The serviceman was prompt, courteous and good. The only negative about the whole experience was when he quoted me the job he said it was $549 installed. At the end of the job he added forty some dollars and said it was the service fee!!! When an installed price is given where did the service fee come about?

Great service! I called on Saturday afternoon hoping to schedule service early the next week but was pleasantly surprised to be offered a 2-5 time-slot the very next day - Sunday! Ryan Freeman called at 12 noon and said he could be at my house by 12:30 and he arrived right on time. The work was done in a little over an hour and the problem was completely resolved. The new belt drive opener is much quieter than the older chain drive unit.
