I was not expecting to have Ryan come out to service my new garage door opener seeing whereas it is not even 90 days old yet. However, he did come out and resolved the loud squeaking noise which was heard only when the opener is clicked to open, but is quiet when clicked to close. So far the problem is fixed for now.Thank you.

Great service! I called on Saturday afternoon hoping to schedule service early the next week but was pleasantly surprised to be offered a 2-5 time-slot the very next day - Sunday! Ryan Freeman called at 12 noon and said he could be at my house by 12:30 and he arrived right on time. The work was done in a little over an hour and the problem was completely resolved. The new belt drive opener is much quieter than the older chain drive unit.

Excellent customer service. As a business owner I understand how important customer service is. I call on a Saturday at 10:00 AM and the Technician was out at my home at 3:30 PM. He explained to me all my options as the door spring was broken. He explained their pricing and by 5:45 the spring was replaced. I would recommend this company to any one who needs garage door repair or replaced.There was no extra cost for Saturday repair.

Matt installed my door initially, and as back then, explained what he was going to do to correct the problem. They replaced the opener, flat out, because it didn't want to work. They stand behind their product which makes me so glad that I chose Precision. Also, when Jim Kouri was here yesterday, he was not afraid to admit that he wasn't sure why the door wouldn't respond. He called Brad Buzzelli, who had been here last time this happened to ask for assistance. I like how all the members of this company work as a team, and ask each other for assistance. Makes me confident that their concern is being sure the product works and the customer is happy! Keep up the good work fellas!

The young man showed up at the time I was told he would be here, there was actually nothing wrong with my door. It seemed to be sluggish due to the extreme cold temps out lately. He did explain all of the components that make a garage door opener work and their function. Also what I should be aware of to know if there is a problem. Afterward, he made a few minor adjustments to the door and was on his way. I appreciate the explanations in terms I understand. All of my dealings with this company have had positive results!
