Nothin' but "HIGH FIVES" for the work performed by "Brotha Matt"! I required service for a broken spring & at the same time asked to have a new garage door opener installed. Matt arrived on time and in approx. three hours time he had replaced two springs and installed the opener. VERY PROFESSIONAL work. My garage doors have never sounded better - a customer for life...

My garage door was making lots of noises when it was opening / closing. Upon further review I noticed the rollers were off the track. It being a Sunday I thought I would call and make an appointment for monday. To my surprise they provided Sunday service at no extra cost. Even better a technician was within minutes of my house and arrived within an hour. After further review the technician explained to me the root cause of the problem and identified some other potential problems. Although it cost me more than I expected I got my problem fixed and now got more current, reliable remote door opener. Also have lifetime guarantee on certain parts. Technician completed the job in a timely manner.

Great job................A company true to their ad in the phone book same day service. My garge door spring broke on a Sunday at 6 pm with me inside and not able to get out and Precision came to the rescue. And fixed the spring .

Very professional service. We had same day service from our first phone call. We were given 3 options to fix or replace the 2 garage door openers. I felt no pressure while the decision was made. The doors work great and we have much better lighting in the garage. He left the garage clean and took away all the old broken parts and boxes from the new parts.

I have an old garage door which we were able to save. I went with Precision because a friend, Sue Hanley, is a neighbor of owner and trusted/recommended the service. I was amazed how quickly service was scheduled and performed. I also was impressed with Technician Ryan Freeman's skill level, promptness, patience and professionalism. I felt the bill was higher than expected compared to work other friends have had done, but I like lifetime warranty and fact Ryan didn't try to oversell me. Worked with what we could save. Five star all the way.

I chose Precision because friend, Sue Hanley, recommended the company because she knows and trusts owner Jim Boland. I called after 5 pm on a Thurs, worried this might not be fixable by wkend, but then discovered no extra fees for wkend service, but a wonderful, informed, skilled technician Ryan Freeman came on Fri afternoon and installed new products on a very cold day. My system was very old but he didn't push new parts and allowed me to make decisions. He patiently showed me new features and everything works great and we saved the old door itself. Like other reviews on line, I felt service is expensive, but hard to complain w a lifetime warranty and prompt, curitious, efficient service. Certainly a 5-star rated company in my estimation.

Dear Precision, I have to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with your company and technician today. It is a saturday morning and the garage cable was broken so we were unable to open the garage. I called Action Doors,who has serviced us before, and they wanted $105.00 for the first 15 minutes. I decided to call Precision and give your company a try. I'm glad I did, you were 1/2 the price,knowledgable, and polite. The tech. offered to fix just the cable but showed us what was going wrong with the doors and informed us of the proper fix to do. We did not want anymore trouble so we put in a new garage door opener. The tech worked very hard and put the new system up and even swept our garage floor. Thank you Jim for your nice service. The technician was quick to diagnose the problem with our opener. He presented his diagnosis to our home warranty company allowing us to receive reimbursement for the cost of the repair. We chose to apply this reimbursement toward the purchase of a new opener. The installation was done quickly and neatly. We received instructions on the use of the opener. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable.

I got to a voice mail at Sievers, and after 3 hrs. with no reply, I called you after 4 00 PM to make an appointment. and was surprised when it was done within 2 hours. After I suddenly couldn't open my garage door and my car was stuck inside I found your company on Angie's list. The website was informative and I was happy to get an appt very promptly. It was very nice to have just a two hour window for the appt and also to be called when the technician was running a little bit late. I appreciated the technician taking the time to explain to me the problem he found and the recommended repair. Bill was very nice and thoughtful and he and his trainee did a great job fixing the problem and ensuring things would continue to work smoothly with my garage doors.

Found your company through Angies List where I bought the Special for Roller Replacement and checkup. In the meantime, I discovered some issues with the remotes, and for long time was bothered by worn weather stripping. Called on a Sunday and was amazed to be able to book an appointment for service the next day! I really liked Bill Adamini: he taught me a lot that I didn't know about garage doors, openers, and remotes. Requested him to return to do the new weather stripping, and I couldn't be more pleased: all my problems are solved now.
