I HAD TO SEND YOU THIS FOLLOW-UP COMMENT ABOUT MATT'S SECOND VISIT TO HELP ME CONNECT THE HOMELINK BUTTON IN MY CAR. MATT CAME OUT SATURDAY MORNING AND SPENT 45 MINUTES ATTEMPTING TO GET EVERYTHING WORKING. UNFORTUNATELY IT DID NOT WORK. MATT SAID HE WOULD INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME WITH AN ANSWER. Your technician showed up early*****was very polite and made me feel confident in his ability to do the job right from the get go. The Garage door springs were replaced as one was broken. I have used Precision before and found them to be fair and honest. Ryan took care of us on that visit. Today, our garage door would not open, Bill was the tech who came to take care of us. He found that our pulley system was broken and unsafe. He replaced the pulleys and installed safety hardware. Then he found that our door would not work, due the fact that the motor was burned out (probably from my wife trying to open the stuck door). We just couldn't afford to install a brand new opener at this time and we were resigned that we would have to manually open and close our garage door. Not a pleasant option with Cleveland winter just around the corner. Bill said don't give up yet, he went to his truck and found a replacement part from an opener he had removed from another job earlier in the day. He was able to get the opener working. He also reprogrammed our remote. The door opens and closes perfectly and I now have the peace of mind knowing that the entire system is safe. My wife was so pleased with the effort that Bill went to to make sure our issues were taken care and at a price we could afford, she give him a couple slices of chocolate cake. When the time comes to replace our 20+ year old opener we will be calling Precision Door again. Thank you very much for your hard work Bill !!!

I would highly recommend this company for garage door repair. The technicians were prompt, efficient and courteous and even had to alter their schedule due to a raccoon in the garage, plus it was raining.

Got your name from Angie's List and saw positive reviews. I was impressed that you were able to provide service the same day and sent an e-mail with photos of your technicians. Bill was really great. He called that he could come early, was friendly and professional. I had had a new floor put in my garage and needed to have the garage door working and the opener reconnected. He was able to correct a problem with how the metal rail was placed in the concrete. He was able to get the door workable even though it was now too long as the floor was higher than it had been. I highly recommend him and your company!

Service knowledge received was wonderful. Al was very polite and truthful with me regarding my old garage door. I just needed a new lock, but informed I really needed a new door due to the one I have is obsolete and not repairable. Although I am on a limited fixed income, I was not able to purchase a new door at this time! But believe me when I acquired my new home Al will be the first person I contact to inspect and give me the real deal of my garage door and home doors too!

Precision was recommended by a friend to possibly get me out of a jam. My garage door came off track, and Precision was here in less than 2 hrs after I called (promptness counted). Long story short, the rep who showed up (Albert Fleming), was excellent. He temporarily fixed my door, but was honest enough to let me know that the original door was on it;s last leg (in excess of 20 yrs...he did not know). Anyway, without being pushy, he recommended a new door. Even though this was not in my current budget, I did not feel that Al was taking advantage of me. See, I am a 69 yr old Senior Citizen (prime pickings), but I felt confident following his recommendation. He did an excellent job w/the installation..definitely told me to call him if there is a problem. I am very happy with my choice of compamies and installer.

I found you in on the web because you were listed as a Liftmaster service provider. Matt came here ahead of time and was extremely professional, friendly, and did the work quickly. He was honest about what was needed, and did not push too much - which I really don't like. He seemed to enjoy his work. When he left the garage was as clean as it was when he started.
