Purchased a Groupon to have our 13 year old garage door tuned up. We got ten new rollers, door balanced, some advice on how to maintain our current door and NO upselling which is what I really was expecting. Our tech was a really nice guy and knew his business. The Technician came to our Home. He determined the Problem right away. He have suggested replacement of the Garage Door Opener Unit. After installation was completed, Technician noticed that Garage Door itself was not functioning properly. He had all parts and tools to make repair. The whole job took les than two hours. I called to have a spring replaced on my garage door on a saturday night. i called first thing on Sunday and Zoran came out the same day. Very nice and told me the price up front. This is our second time using Precision. Today's experience mirrors our prior experience. I called just before 8am and was given multiple options for same day service. My window was 1-3pm and Zoran called around 12:40 saying that he would arrive around 1pm. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done and an estimate. He fixed the garage door and we were back in business after about 30 minutes. Highly recommend Zoran and Precision for all your garage door needs.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door after striking out with a competitor. My garage door was installed by an amateur, so it was recommended that the spring assembly, cable drums, and rollers be replaced. I was able to make an appointment very quickly for a weekend, which was nice. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the technician ("Z") answered all of my questions and then some. I actually learned a lot from him! The experience was wonderful overall. The price was a bit high, but I was okay with it as you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, our garage door spring broke on Labor Day weekend. The company we used prior was closed. We read reviews about Precision and they were excellent. We almost didn't go with Precision though, because we like employees of companies to have time off, so we hope you treat them well for their dedication and expertise. We had Zoran come to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what we needed and why. We really needed 2 springs for our door and needed new roller and bearing plate. Also, our door was too tight and he fixed that as well. Very professional and personable. 5 stars from us! We will recommend you to others.

Zoran did a great job preparing my broken spring and also identified problems with my rollers and one frayed cable. He explained everything he needed to do to get my door working again. He also thoroughly answered all of my questions about the general condition of my garage door and info about potential replacement down the line. He also gave me some tips on preventative maintenance. Zoran went above and beyond the scope of the service call and really made a great impression on me as a new customer of Precision Door. 5 stars!

Had the company out in 2006. Tech suggested a complete overhaul. It was pricey but we had the money at the time, and it was lifetime warranty, and we weren't planning on moving anytime soon. May have paid for itself on Friday when I needed a spring replaced
