Thank you for getting rid of the horrible noise my garage door was making. Zoran, the technician checked everything over and explained to me what was causing the noise and what he was going to repair/replace to fix it. Cannot believe the difference and how quiet the door is. Money well spent. He also showed me where to apply silicon every 6 months to maintain the hinges on the door.

We have used Precision Doors before, and we will use them again. We moved into a new house and had a very old and unsafe garage door system (lime green, probably from the late 70s). Precision Doors had someone out quickly (even over the July 4th holiday), the technician was friendly, and they replaced the entire system.

Garage door took a dump on Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend. I called a couple of the "well known" garage door companies but they were gone for the holiday. Figured I wouldn't have this resolved until after the holiday. Wrong! I took a chance and called Precision. They answered their phone and I had a next day appointment. Zoran came out and fixed the problem. Zoran was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He explained the problems and let me decide what I wanted done. No pressure no sales pitch just results. Please do not allow Precision to be your only estimate! I was told within 30 seconds I needed a new garage door because mines was off the tracks... The second company to come out fixed my problem for $150.00. I would not recommend Precision..
