I detected early on a Saturday morning my garage door was having issues. I noticed one of the cables was tangled. Precision scheduled a technician for the next day. Zoran arrived an hour early. He quickly did some analysis to determine if anything was broken. Thankfully the cables were fine and the garage door was just off track (no damages). My garage is 100 years old, the door was converted from two smaller doors to one large one. He explained how the door get can out of alignment due to many factors (door not square, uneven ground, winter weather, etc). I appreciated not only the knowledge share but being very thorough repairing the door. Within an hour, my door functional. Thank you Zoran for sharing your knowledge and repairing my door in such a professional manner.

I was checking the company out at 3am. I was shocked to find out they could come at 9am. The selected opener is fantastic. The work was done very nearly. Zoran was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He even asked if he could come 15 minutes earlier than my 4pm appointment. All boxes/ rubbish was collected and taken away. Would highly recommend!!! My son uses them too and is extremely satisfied with their work and warranties.

Zoran was our tech and did a great job. My entire experience with this Company was excellent from beginning. At night our main spring above the door broke while closing the garage. I was surprised they had a 24 hour call service and she was very helpful and detailed setting a appointment for the next day. Zoran called and arrived early. He was friendly and very detailed and had our springs replaced and door working again in a hour. Price was fair and very well explained. One word; OUTSTANDING! You know you have been there from time-to-time. Maybe it is a car issue or something that you just are not knowledgeable about? You go to a shop or have a service call and have no clue what the Tech is talking about or if it is even needed. Your item gets fixed but you just can't shake the feeling that you were overcharged and taken advantage of. I used another garage door company at my business a few months ago (Because they were local and advertised on TV) and was very disappointed with up-front estimate and a charge by the hour/minute type scenario. So, I recognized that I should do more research prior to calling any local repair company. I had a spring snap on my home garage door. Easy to identify but that was the extent of my repair ability on garages. After some due diligence, I chose Precision. Quick response? Check. Live person when you call? Check. An explanation of what to expect, a convenient time window and call ahead service when in route? Check. The Service Tech, Zoran was outstanding. He educated me and pointed out several items to keep an eye on to prevent future issues without trying to sell me anything but what I absolutely needed. He gave me a reasonable up-front quote and SURPRISE! There were no surprises. It cost exactly what he quoted and he was finished in about 30 minutes, even though it was a lot more severe than just a snapped spring. He pointed out the American made, powder coated springs that he used and demonstrated certain aspects of the door that would help me maintain it for years to come. The company is very accommodating and my experience with Zoran was that he is welcome back as a friend anytime. Polite, professional and apparently extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of door repair. If you need any type of help with a garage door or garage opener- I highly recommend Precision. When you feel like you just got punched in the gut because your garage door broke; the last thing that you need is to get raped on a price that you have no clue is fair or not. Precision provided excellent service at an unbelievably fair price.
