Great experience... the technician quickly assessed the situation and explained the options (repair or replace). I decided on replacing the door and he was able to immediately provide an estimate. I have had my doors since 2019. Everyone that see them love them and want to know where I got them. My problem today was not the doors but the garage opener. The light wouldn't go off and at times went on by itself. Joran came an adjusted it and now it is fine. Joran called before he came and said he could come early which was fine with me. Our garage door was not operating smoothly so I sent a live chat to get a Technician to inspect it. Zoran came out and inspected the door and replaced plastic rollers with all metal rollers and it made a huge difference. Zoran provided us with some simple tips to avoid any problems. Zoran is very professional, very polite and did a great job within 45 minutes. We have used Precision Garage many times when we lived in other cities. Extremely reliable honest service.
