Precision had a tech out to my house within an hour. Zoran was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he would do to correct what was wrong as well as explained another issue unknown to me, how and why it happened and what would need to be done to fix it. No upsales. I will recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to my neighbors when they ask for recommendations. Actually, I'll tell them when we get together that if they ever need garage door repairs. Thank you!!

Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.

Zoran was great. Felt he was very honest and knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. Also appreciated that he would come out on a Sunday! The door was unfixable as we kind of figured. Now just a matter of choosing style etc. So far so good! ????

I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. They fit me in right away. The Technician called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and he was very polite and professional. It turned out that the garage door was the problem not the opener. the Tech gave me a clear summary of the problem and gave me a couple of choices as to how to remedy the problem. Z was the person that fixed the door. I will recommend the company to anyone that asks and plan to use them again.
