One word; OUTSTANDING! You know you have been there from time-to-time. Maybe it is a car issue or something that you just are not knowledgeable about? You go to a shop or have a service call and have no clue what the Tech is talking about or if it is even needed. Your item gets fixed but you just can't shake the feeling that you were overcharged and taken advantage of. I used another garage door company at my business a few months ago (Because they were local and advertised on TV) and was very disappointed with up-front estimate and a charge by the hour/minute type scenario. So, I recognized that I should do more research prior to calling any local repair company. I had a spring snap on my home garage door. Easy to identify but that was the extent of my repair ability on garages. After some due diligence, I chose Precision. Quick response? Check. Live person when you call? Check. An explanation of what to expect, a convenient time window and call ahead service when in route? Check. The Service Tech, Zoran was outstanding. He educated me and pointed out several items to keep an eye on to prevent future issues without trying to sell me anything but what I absolutely needed. He gave me a reasonable up-front quote and SURPRISE! There were no surprises. It cost exactly what he quoted and he was finished in about 30 minutes, even though it was a lot more severe than just a snapped spring. He pointed out the American made, powder coated springs that he used and demonstrated certain aspects of the door that would help me maintain it for years to come. The company is very accommodating and my experience with Zoran was that he is welcome back as a friend anytime. Polite, professional and apparently extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of door repair. If you need any type of help with a garage door or garage opener- I highly recommend Precision. When you feel like you just got punched in the gut because your garage door broke; the last thing that you need is to get raped on a price that you have no clue is fair or not. Precision provided excellent service at an unbelievably fair price.

I had a broken spring and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send me a technician within the hour. After discussing options on the door repair and issues with the actual opener, I decided to do both repairs. To my surprise, all parts were on his truck and I was up and running in a couple of hours with 2 new springs, Liftmaster opener, new keypad and new remotes. I was still able to keep my scheduled appointments without interuption. I would highly recommend and Precision will be my go to door repair call.

Precision had a tech out to my house within an hour. Zoran was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he would do to correct what was wrong as well as explained another issue unknown to me, how and why it happened and what would need to be done to fix it. No upsales. Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.
