This was my 1st experience with Precision and now I won't utilize any other company for anything related to my garage door/opener, even though I have a home warranty. Zoran is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. He pointed out some subtle signs of things that had happened to the door prior to my owning the house, recommended a maintenance item I can easily do, and readily replaced both springs and rollers. I read the reviews on Precision prior to calling them, and I know why they're all so glowing - they've earned them.

Precision Garage door was terrific. I asked a co-worker for a recommendation and they strongly recommended Precision. I called Monday and they had a technician there on Tuesday. They were easily able to remedy the issue and provided details on what to watch for as the door and opener ages. Having the confirmation email include both the name and picture of the technician coming to do the work helped me to easily identify them when they arrived. More service related companies should adopt this practice. Well done!

Talk about awesome service! I called Saturday morning and by 3 pm had a new garage door opener installed. Mine was over 35 years old so this was no surprise. Doran Jovanovic explained my choices and answered my questions clearly. He was early (called first), and was very neat. This was not my first time with Precision and will not hesitate to call and recommend them in the future.

I called because two days earller GDS under the guise of Zack Garage Door Service listed at 6848 day Drive in Parma (Which is actually the address of Steak and Shake) came out in an unmarked vehicle and totally scammed me. Zoran Jovanovic was a consummate professional and had my original issue and huge deceptive errors by GDS fixed in a short amount of time. *Had to rate at least a star otherwise review would not go through* One of our garage doors broke and the gentleman that came out almost immediately told me the door could not be repaired. He gave me a quote for a new door. I called another company to come out to provide a quote and he told me “we can fix that”. So we saved around $1,600 and just got our original door repaired. I am so thankful I called another company and did not proceed with a new door.

The company has a 24 hrs call service. Which is wonderful. My garage door opener stopped functioning at night. I called in close to midnight and a courteous, knowledgeable staff was able to schedule me next morning. Technician Zoran Jovanovic was amazing. He did it while I was at work. Very prompt, responsive and did a great job He left the manual and two sensors by the door step. Place was clean. When I came home, I opened the garage door and the sensors started blinking, after which I could not close the door. I called Zoran and, he stopped by rectified and made sure it was all working well, before he left. He even put the two bulbs for me. What an amazing, personalized service in today’s world. Would absolutely work with them and strongly recommend them. Professional service and an honest reputed company.

I detected early on a Saturday morning my garage door was having issues. I noticed one of the cables was tangled. Precision scheduled a technician for the next day. Zoran arrived an hour early. He quickly did some analysis to determine if anything was broken. Thankfully the cables were fine and the garage door was just off track (no damages). My garage is 100 years old, the door was converted from two smaller doors to one large one. He explained how the door get can out of alignment due to many factors (door not square, uneven ground, winter weather, etc). I appreciated not only the knowledge share but being very thorough repairing the door. Within an hour, my door functional. Thank you Zoran for sharing your knowledge and repairing my door in such a professional manner.

Our garage door was not operating smoothly so I sent a live chat to get a Technician to inspect it. Zoran came out and inspected the door and replaced plastic rollers with all metal rollers and it made a huge difference. Zoran provided us with some simple tips to avoid any problems. Zoran is very professional, very polite and did a great job within 45 minutes. We have used Precision Garage many times when we lived in other cities. Extremely reliable honest service. Great technicians.
