Very professional. Very flexible -I was able to reschedule at very short notice. The technician seemed very efficient and did a great job of explaining all the various options and choices and was never too "pushy". My wife and I had Precision out to our house to help us with our garage door opener. It was an excellent experience! First of all, we called and they were able to come the very next day. The technician, Zoran, called before he came to make sure we were ready. Second, he inspected not just the opener, but all the parts and pieces of the garage door. I am not very good with mechanical things, but that didn't matter, Zoran explained everything to us in terms that we could comprehend. He made my wife and I aware of everything that was going on. He explained why were having the problem we were and how to properly fix it. He was extremely professional and at the same time made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It didn't seem as though he was just glancing at things and trying to sell us a big ticket item. We ended up getting a new opener and new parts for the door as well, but I knew why I needed them! Zoran explained why the decision we made was good from a safety standpoint and that the safety of our children was important. He worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. I would absolutely recommend anyone with garage issues to call! Very refreshing to feel like a company really cares about you as a customer!!

Zoran first worked to solve a tricky problem with my garage door, and then stayed for several hours to do a complete overhaul of my 50+ year old wooden garage door. This morning my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. I called you around 9:00 AM to see if someone could come today and was given an appointment 12:00 to 3:00. Less than 2 hrs later your technician, Zoran,called to ask if it was OK to arrive early which I appreciated. After reviewing my problem door, he clearly explained my options. I chose the complete overhaul since my garage door is old and many parts were wearing out. Zoran was knowledgeable, polite and thorough in completing the repairs. Thank you.

Precision did a fantastic job with my garage door repair. They showed up when they said they would, Zann did a super job of inspecting and explaining the the issues with my door and had it fixed in a couple hours. Zoran called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me - I appreciated that call, his professionalism and his clear explanations of the problems and the solutions. After inspecting the door he explained what was good and not good about the different door parts on our door and let me make the decision about what parts to replace without any pressure. That Precision Door responds quickly, has a warranty, is very customer oriented and has professional repairmen is a very important asset.
