Zoran called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me - I appreciated that call, his professionalism and his clear explanations of the problems and the solutions. After inspecting the door he explained what was good and not good about the different door parts on our door and let me make the decision about what parts to replace without any pressure. That Precision Door responds quickly, has a warranty, is very customer oriented and has professional repairmen is a very important asset.

Website and the use of it in appointment confirmation and "meeting" my technician before he even came was a great help. Al Fleming was tremendous. Not only did he know what he was doing but he explained it to me in layman's terms. Al also went above and beyond duty by connecting my garage door opener to my car.
