I would give a 5 star rating for the service I received. The garage door spring and cable had to be replaced. They were here within a couple of hours after I called for service. The serviceman was Paul Broschk. He was friendly and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and was very professional. I would recommend asking for him by name.

Your technician, Paul Broschk, arrived on time and ready to evaluate my garage. He was courteous and well spoken and went straight to the task at hand. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. He was confident in the product and assured me the job would be done in about 2 hours, which it was. I had already had another company evaluate the situation, but the best he could offer was that he might be able to install an opener, but due to the age and flat roof of my garage, it would take lots of tweaking to get it to work. I declined. I am so glad I did. Since Precision is recommended on Angie's list, I assumed they were reputable and they are. Thank you for a job well done by a great technician.

When Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Broschk arrived to our home to repair our garage door springs, his first response was to evaluate the entire functionality of the garage door. My garage door was stuck and I couldn't get my car out, so I needed fast service. A technician (Paul) arrived at my house little more than an hour after I called. (Another service I called earlier said it couldn't help me until the next day.) The door had several serious problems. Paul handled them all in less than two hours. The service tech today was Paul Broschk and he did a fantastic job of getting my garage doors operating the way they should have when our house was built 11 years ago. He replaced the broken Genie with a 8550 LIftmaster opener which is unbelievable compared to the Genie. He replaced springs on both doors, cables and other hardware and installed a digital opener and an outside keypad. It came with a life time guarantee. Even a battery back up for the opener if there should be a power failure and you want to get in or out of the garage. Great experience. I bought cheaper in the past and this is the 3rd time someone has had to come to a fairly newer house. The almost commercial quality of these products allows me to believe I won't have to worry about the garage doors functioning for a very long time. I highly recommend Precision - especially Paul.

I chose Precision after getting a disappointing response from 2 other companies. I did a Google search and Precision showed up. I was thrilled to see the 24x7 hours. I had a problem with my remote control and couldn't get into my garage via the emergency release. Your technician worked diligently to finally get the door open and he helped me reset the remote and keypad. Thank you so much for the service!

paul was both timely and accurate in diagnosis. quickly fixed the door and now the door is working perfect. Precision may not be the lowest cost alternative out there, but they certainly seem to be the most accurate. Fixing right the first time is money in the bank.

Complete garage system replaced....springs , cables, rollers, etc. Very pleased with immediate response and same day service especially since my car was in the garage and door broken. The only thing I would have done or advised would have been to cover my car to protect from any dust and or debris. Highly recommend Precision.
