Precision installed a new garage door and Liftmaster opener in July, 2016. We were very pleased with the installation process and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our Liftmaster malfunctioned on Monday, November 27th. I called around 9AM and a service tech was at my house by 3PM that day. He diagnosed the problem which required a replacement of the opener head. He did not have the part on board but did return the following day with a new unit and completed the work withing 15 minutes. He was very efficient and courteous, apologizing for the inconvenience. The replacement was covered under warranty.

Paul Broschk came to my home on a service call. He is a really "nice guy" with a great attitude and work ethic. He took care of the problem that I called about, but he was also concerned about possible upcoming problems I might have with my garage door. With no pressure, he told me and showed me what may happen and why. I decided to fix the problem and fortunately he was able to accommodate me on the same day. Paul is an asset to your company for sure. Because of him, you are now my garage support team and I will spread a very positive word.

Precision was very easy to work with, very courteous and punctual. My tech was Paul, and he was very likeable and professional, did good work, and cleaned up after himself very neatly. I only gave 4 stars, because I did spend more than I had wanted to, but my door is now operating perfectly, and I have a couple years worth of warranty on their work and parts. Glad I hired Precision and let the pros handle this one, even if it was expensive.

Not only the garage door opener install but fixed the garage door components and checked to make sure the garage door was in good shape. Called office and they called back right away, tried to trouble shoot over the phone, and offered same day service. They came out next day, on time. Explained what was wrong and kindly spoke to the home warranty service and my husband as well. Rebuilt the door same day. Didn't know it could be so quiet or move so smooth!

I was pleased with the prompt sevice. I do however think the price was a bit high. also have an issue with the batteries I recieved with the openers: One was no good in just 2 days after purchase and the other the other one 4 days after purchase. I suggest you test them before using.I would make life easier.

I had a broken torsion spring, but the entire door was in bad shape. Paul was my initial technician. He gave me a full assessment of what was broken and how bad the other parts were. We shifted to a complete replacement as I would have just been putting off the inevitable. Paul showed me the options and within minutes, we had the new door ordered and an appointment scheduled. Ryan came in at the appointed time, pulled the old door out, and had the new door installed. He cleaned up the space and tested everything to my satisfaction. An excellent job by both technicians.

I called the emergency number for Precision Garage Door at about 4am on a Sunday to say that my garage door had been hit, broken, and was stuck half open, with my car trapped in the garage. By 8am on that same day, Paul arrived at my house and was able to get my car out of the garage and was also able to close the garage door completely to keep thieves and critters out until my new garage door arrives. He said it will be within the week that I get my new door! Talk about quick response time and service! I couldn't believe I got a service company to respond so quickly on a Sunday!!! I've used Precision before, and will always use them, recommend them, and sing their praises. The repairman who came to my house, Paul, was friendly, professional, and quite helpful when choosing a new garage door. (The old one could not be fixed due to having been hit so hard.) Paul also was able to calm me down because I was quite upset about the damage done to my home. (Side note: Paul is great with dogs! I really appreciate it when service workers don't expect me to lock my dogs away!) In the end, I wish no one had hit my garage door with their car, but since I couldn't undo the damage, I was beyond satisfied with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. 5 star rating!!!

Paul was the technician sent out to us on December 13, 2017 to look at our 16 yr old garage door opener. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and on time! It was apparent that he was well trained and was professional in his appearance and mannerisms. He presented our options and answered our questions which gave us confidence in our choice of a new garage door opener model. The work was done in no time and he cleaned up afterwards. We are very satisfied with the service we received and especially, Paul!
