After making calls twice to the company that installed our last opener 16 yrs ago and not hearing back before they closed to set up an appointment with called Precision. They were kind, courteous and set up an appointment for the very next afternoon. Bill, the technician, called and said he would be there in 15-20 minutes and was very timely. He figured out the issue right away and strongly suggested replacing. He was done within an hour with installation. Showed me all the in and outs and helped program everything. I told him we had a coupon and he offered us a better one and even checked over garage door and oiled it. He made sure my husband and I had no questions before leaving and promised if we need anything in future to call they will be out ASAP. Highly recommend the company.”

I called them around 6:00pm on a Wednesday. They came at 8:30am the next morning. The entire garage door opener was replaced by 10:30am. Not cheap, but very good service.

From the first call I placed on Easter Sunday to Monday at 10:00 I was treated with respect and kindness. Bill Adamini was here when he said he would be. He totally helped me to understand the problem with the garage door and replaced parts with better grade parts than the builder's door company did. My sister was here during this repair. He was able to make replacements to her door before it broke. Since we live in a neighborhood where homes were built around the same time, we have been sharing our new found garage door repair company. Ryan was my Tech, he arrived on time was very courteous and professional. He explained how he would proceed with the Installation of the doors. He gave me a hour hour window for completing the Installation. He went to work and was done in less than 4 1/2 hrs. to my satisfaction. I originally had an appointment for garage door opener repair with a smaller company. They didn't show up and didn't return repeated calls/messages. When I called Precision, they were able to come out the same day (within 2 hours), provided a confirmation email with the picture of the technician I could expect, and the tech called when he was within 5 minutes of my location - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price - thank you PRECISION!!!
