We could not be happier with Precision! When our opener springs broke on a Sunday, leaving our garage door inoperable, we called Precision- fearing the dreaded extra charges for weekend/holidays. The Precision representative that we reached by phone was polite and was able to schedule a service visit the same day. I called around 10 am and our appointment was set for between 8-9 pm, but our technician, Bill, called me about 15 minutes later to see if earlier would work. Bill actually fit us in that morning! He was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our springs. He was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Bill was able to easily pull up our account history because Precision uses today’s technology, so everything is accessible on computer tablets. The only cost that we incurred was the service call fee because our broken springs were covered by the lifetime warranty and there was no extra charge for weekends! Yay! Thank you Bill for you excellent(and quick!) service. We are so happy we chose Precision!

Called for opener battery back up service Bill A., technician, came the next day, replaced the battery backup, changed both light bulbs, made sure the system was fully functional, and took the slack out of the electrical cord. Bill did a great looking at our door problem and explained our old wooden door is starting to fall apart from the rain/snow. The door is holding water and swollen. He suggested we remove the rot from the frame of garage door. He also suggested we replace our 2 1/2 car garage door with a new light weight steel door. Our wooden door weights 2 - 3 x more than steel door. Wood door is making garage motor work harder.

We had a broken spring on our garage door. I was very happy with the prompt response from the technician arriving within 2 hours of our call. We were made aware of when he would be arriving. He was very thorough and explained things well.

Installer was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My only issue was the cost. I was quoted $185 to replace my broken door spring but the installer said he couldn't replace just one spring so it was twice as much to replace the broken one plus the spring that wasn't broken. And because their new springs mounted to the center plate differently, they also replaced that (another $90 for that little piece of metal) to bring the total bill to $460.

I googled companies who fix garage doors and Precision came up with glowing reviews. I read several and I contacted them for a service repair. In my email confirmation, there were pictures of service technicians who would possible report. I believe that to be an exceptional customer service method. Although assigned another tech, Bill Adamini called the next morning at the beginning of the service scheduled time. He arrived much earlier than expected and was courtesy, thorough and polite. he was also knowledgeable about my issues and addressed them all. Bill was respectful of my time and very professional.
