I had repairs completed in June of 2017. At that time I paid for a full warranty on my garage door. So, when I needed additional repairs in April 2019 I called Precision Door. Bill the service technician was very informative and explained what I needed to have my garage door closed tightly. I appreciate his advanced call to inform me of when he would arrive at my house. THANK YOU! Bill, my tech was pleasant and knew what he was doing. Explained everything he was doing as well. He was called here to fix another problem from another company, and he did it when the other company said there was no problem. Door was not hanging correctly from getting both springs replaced by another company. When called back to fix issue, other company said there was no problem! Bill saw the problem with the door and fixed it. Thanks Bill. Goodbye 'other' company!

Bill came out for an emergency garage door repair on February 3rd. My electric garage door would not close. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door quickly and accurately. He even helped us put our stuff back in our garage. Cost was reasonable. Service was better than I expected. I highly recommend.

I had PD recondition our old garage doors several years ago and was very pleased with the service, so when one of the doors suddenly failed to open I called PD again. The schedulers were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating of my needs. I was pleased to learn that the same technician who had serviced the doors, Bill Adamini, would be coming out again to fix the stuck door. Bill is very professional, friendly, and does good work. He quickly unstuck the problem door, tested both doors to ensure that they were working properly, made some needed adjustments, and also found and corrected a condition that would have caused a problem later. The service is expensive but also top-rate. Their warranty is also excellent. I have confidence in the quality of PD’s work, so I will call them again if our garage doors need further service.

After 2+ years of the light in my garage door opener not working, I finally had enough, and called Precision Door to come out for a service call. Bill Adamini showed up exactly when promised, and quickly resolved the issue. Great, fast service at a reasonable price. In addition, Bill said he will stop back out and replace the light socket, just to ensure that I have no future problems. To me, this is going the extra mile for the customer! Thank you!

Honestly, I chose Precision because their sticker was on the garage door! They had provided services for the previous owner of my home. I was so pleased that, due to another customer's cancellation, they were able to provide service a day earlier than scheduled!! William was very professional. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the old parts and reviewed the invoice with me. Per my request, he also showed me how to open the door in the event of a power failure. I noticed that he did not drive away until I drove my car inside the garage and closed the door. I appreciate that! Thanks, William A. for the great service.

All our garage door remotes stopped working. Two hours after I called for service Bill Adamini was here and in 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem (I had managed to wipe the opener's memory), reprogrammed the opener, and showed me how to program the remote on our new car.
